It was not a matter of me buying a Honda but rather which dealer I felt most happy comfortable buying a Honda from. When it came to price, convenience and friendliness Kings Honda was a notch above the other dealerships. From the minute I walked in the door working with Gary, Andy & Glen was an absolute pleasure. They answered all my questions quickly and concisely and never left a doubt in my mind to go to another dealer. No issue was too big especially when I changed the color of the car that they did not have on their lot and had to find at another dealer the same day. Thanks for a great experience and see you in another 4 or so years for my next Honda! More

Terriffic Sales Rep and experience! Have you ever had one of those weekends where nothing at all went right? Well that is what I was in the middle of, when after working on my 1982 Jeep Have you ever had one of those weekends where nothing at all went right? Well that is what I was in the middle of, when after working on my 1982 Jeep all day again, I just said I had enough and decided to purchasze a new car. I found a Honda Civic online that I liked located at Kings Honda. I went through the Pre-qualification online and was called within minutes by Ms. Petalver who is a Sales Rep at Kings Honda. I have had some credit issues in the past so i wasn't sure how I would be treated or even qualify? Ms. Petalver was absolutely great from start to finish through the purchase of my new Civic. She treated me with respect, profesionalism, and was very knowledgable of the car. I had my 20 year old Son with me, and he even said how impressed he was with the way we were treated. But from the start all the way to working with Mr. Standafer in the Finance Dept, just a great experience! Thanks Gulia and Glen! BH More
Taken Advantage Of On Thursday November 13th I headed up to Kings Honda after speaking to Syde the salesman about a 2006 Cobalt they had for sale mind you I live 45 minu On Thursday November 13th I headed up to Kings Honda after speaking to Syde the salesman about a 2006 Cobalt they had for sale mind you I live 45 minutes away. I arrived early afternoon to test drive this car for my daughter who recently was rear ended at a red light due to someone texting and driving and her car was totaled. I was very excited because she really wanted a cobalt and from the pictures on the website the car looked perfect for her. Syde took me out front to the car and all four tires were flat and the front tire had a nail in it so it had to be repaired. We test drove the car and I heard some knocking coming from the engine and Syde continued to blame it on the tires having rusty roters because the car sat for a while. Then we pulled it around for their used car mechanic to look at it and he said that he really didn't hear what I was hearing and that it was probably just the tires. So being that I'm a single mother and have some experience with cars I trusted him. I then told Syde the price I would pay out the door and that I would be paying cash that I DID NOT want my credit ran because it would be a hard hit on my credit report. He told me that they would not run a credit check. They excepted my offer and the car was mine. I then explained that I would have to run home to pick up my friend because she would have to help me get the car home. I filled out the paper work signed the papers for the title (so I was told) and left to get my friend. I returned about 2 hours later to pick up the car it took Syde about an hour to get things ready for us to leave. Picked my daughter up in her new car at school and the excitement was priceless. My daughter had her car for 2 days and the check engine light came on so I called Syde and left a message on his phone to please call me. No response so I called back and ask to speak to the manager and I was sent to Danny's voicemail. I left a message for him to call me back. No response for 2 days so on Monday I called back as soon as they opened and asked to speak with the manager and I was sent to Nate who I explained my situation that we had the car for 2 days and the check engine light was on and that I also was very upset because I checked my credit report and they ran my credit without my permession. He acted like it wasn't a big deal and that it wasn't going to hurt my credit unless I have been shoping around for cars. I explained to him that it was a big deal and against the law to run someones credit without permission because I specifically told Syde not to run my credit no matter what. Nate was very short stating that I bought the car as-is and they would not fix it and that he would look into why my credit was ran. I then asked him what he would do to fix what they did and he said there was nothing they could do that I need to not worry about my credit being ran. About an hour later Nate called me back and told me that I signed for them to run my credit and I told him that was a lie that the form I signed was for the title. He didn't want to hear what I had to say so I really felt like I had been taken advantage of by everyone envolved. About 2 hours later I recieved a call from Syde my salesman who said he told them not to run my credit and they did it anyway. WOW thats nice. As for my car he was going to talk to Danny the used car manager and let me know if there was anything they could do to fix the check engine light. When he called me back he told me that I could drive the car up to them and if it was something minimal they would fix it but if it was something bad the car was as-is. I explained to him that I live 45 minutes away and that he suggest that I drive the car up there to see if they might or might not fix it and if its something bad im out of luck and would be sent away in an unsafe car. This is great customer service. Not only was I taken advantage of but I was treated very poorly by my salesman Syde and both managers Nate and Danny. Not only would I never buy another car from Kings Honda I will spread the word on how poorly I was treated. More

Even though I had never stepped foot in Performance Kings Honda. Called him back the next day asking for him to provide more accurate numbers in regards to payment. Me told me, " I'm really busy here and can't do that." Then I told him I'd be coming in later that day and he quickly reconsidered and gave me the numbers. Mark was terrible, needless to say I went with Jeff Wyler. More
Dustin You Rock! Long story short.. I had my previous car (Toyota Camry) for 16 yrs and I was adamant it was going to be my last vehicle...no joke. Moving along.. t Long story short.. I had my previous car (Toyota Camry) for 16 yrs and I was adamant it was going to be my last vehicle...no joke. Moving along.. the Cam got sick and I was not looking forward to replacing her. I reluctantly began my car search not in person but online. Once I found the car I wanted I went to the dealership (still reluctantly). After a few situations I was partnered with Dustin and I'm glad I was. It was less like talking to a sales person and more like talking to a friend. I felt like I was given a great deal and I didn't feel taken advantage of. In summary Dustin is my Hero! I can't recommend him highly enough. More

So I recently went to Kings when I was in the market to buy a new Honda. Even during the middle of an extremely busy blue-sky Saturday in September, sales staff Don Ennis and Gary Champine were very friendly, patient, and helpful. Once I decided on a 2015 Fit EX, I compared prices at dealers around the area, but returned to Kings a week later and got a great deal. Sales manager Danny Cahill was low key and helpful. I chose Honda Financing because of a promotional rate; everyone I dealt with had a great attitude. A Honda cargo tray I bought was not in stock but was personally delivered to my house within 2 days. Overall it was the most pleasant car purchase I've made at a dealership! More

They do an outstanding job and it is the reason I bring my Acura there for service and also when looking for a good used car for our son, we called Ash as we trust his advice and are confident we will be well taken care of.
