They did not have the original key fob or the emergency metal key. The Fob they had did not have the remote start button on it. The salesman told me they would do nothing about it but assured me I could get a new one from Car Keys plus when they setup a kiosk occasionally inside Costco. Also assured me it would only cost about $250. I’ve checked the website for Car Keys plus and it’s $380 per Fob so to make this car work as sold I’ll need to spend an additional $780. BUYERS BEWARE!! They are not to be trusted. Salesman called back promising to buy FOB and programming and I agreed to pay for another. He also ask me if I was going to take down my Google review once this was done. I told him I would edit explain how it was taken care of. Now 3 weeks later and he won't answer my questions as to when its ever going to get done. BUYERS BEWARE!! More
We were really interested in purchasing a specific vehicle that had yet to go through inspection. Our dealer let us know that she would push for getting the inspection done asap, and that she would ke vehicle that had yet to go through inspection. The next day the listing is removed, so we text our dealer, only to be informed that it was sold. Very unprofessional when we had shown great interest and were strongly considering purchasing. The level of unprofessional and lack of customer service at Kings Honda in Mason is like no other. Kings may try to force you to buy the "Pulse" brake light accessory. I contacted the Ohio Highway Patrol and asked if blinking brake lights were legal in Ohio. This is the answer I received..... Online on their website they are promoting a 2024 Honda Accord EX for $292 a month with $1,300 down. I read the disclaimer and it says + tax, title, acquisition fee, & dealership fees. I went in and wanted Accord EX for $292 a month with $1,300 down. I read the disclaimer and it says + tax, title, acquisition fee, & dealership fees. I went in and wanted to purchase one and when presented with the deal it is showing $400-$418 a month. If I were to pay all of the fees in cash, it would still not bring my payment to $292 because according to them I do not qualify for a loyalty promotion which is not included on the disclaimer for the lease deal. They are scammers trying to get customers in the door and false advertise. They would not give me contact information for the GM and showed no interest in trying to win my business. More

Not only did he help us find an amazing used car, but he even kept in touch with us on his day off Making sure that there would be a car ready for us to test drive the next morning.. It was a very painless, smooth sale. All the sales staff were sweet. But Cory went that extra mile that just made the whole car buying experience enjoyable!!! If we ever need another car, we know where to go & who we will go to sell it to us!! More
Service dept. does not value their customers time at all. I ordered a hitch with my new car, and they had to order the hitch, but they never called to let me know does not value their customers time at all. When I called, they said sure it's here, I don't know why you were not contacted. So, I made an appointment and after also had them check a defective seat heater and I waited in the waiting room for 7.5 hours. They texted me to say my car was ready, but no hitch was installed. On their computer system it did not tell the service department the I was there for a hitch install, it only said, "customer has a concern". Too make a long story short. It took Two more visits to get the seat heater fixed and the hitch installed with many poor excuses as to why they could not do it. I tried talking to the service manager with no results. I went all the way up to the General Mgr. and did not even receive a response. All I was asking for is for them to change the way they enter service repairs. It should state the actual reason for service, not a generic term that causes their reps to be confused to the point that they do not have a clue what the vehicle is there for. This was only to help other customers, to prevent them from having a bad experience. Unfortunately, no one cared enough to make future customer visits more pleasant. I will never go back to Performance Kings Honda for service again. I would suggest you check their Better Business Bureau reviews before taking your vehicle in for service. More
