My wife and I went in to look at a 2021 Rav4, we test drove and liked the vehicle. We went inside and worked out a price everyone was satisfied with. While waiting on finance department my wife went outs drove and liked the vehicle. We went inside and worked out a price everyone was satisfied with. While waiting on finance department my wife went outside to get some fresh air when she witnessed another salesman back into the passenger side of the vehicle we were about to buy. At that point the deal was terminated, then the sales manager said they would make things right, get the repairs done and we'd be notified in case we were still interested in it. I reached out to our original salesman about the vehicle and if the repair process was still going on. He got back and stated someone had bought the vehicle while it was in the repair process. POSITIVE NOTE: our Salesman, Darrin Middleton was easy to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. If anyone goes to Kings Performance Honda for a used car we recommend Darrin Middleton. NEGATIVE NOTE: Salesman Manager Eddie, upon looking at the damage he said " what am I looking at, oh my eyes are bad now I see it. Then the lies started, we will make it right, we'll get with you when it's fixed. Accidents happen but selling the vehicle to someone else when we were told they'd make things right is a great way to lose customers trust. More
