I had a service problem due to lack of communication after dealing with two service advisors. The first service advisor Matt Lee did not pass on details that I told him to the second advisor Brian Flick after dealing with two service advisors. The first service advisor Matt Lee did not pass on details that I told him to the second advisor Brian Flick. A critical item was missed and Brian Flick placed the blame on me. I later emailed my problem to service manager Tom Riley and received no response after spending over $800.00. I had to contact the general manager of Performance Honda before I could warrant a call from Tom Riley. Too late, I hope another Honda dealership appreciates my business. More
