Most of the salesman never really listened to what we were looking for a vehicle or or ever followed up with anything they had promised. Adam however, took the time to make sure everything we requested was ready and available. During this tight time in the market, I realize that prices are what they are but instead of trying to make us feel like a commodity, Adam worked with us, making sure the vehicle we were looking at met our expectations and even moved on the price a little ($200) showing us the value in what we were purchasing instead of the normal "take it of leave it" attitude.
