I had been looking for a good deal on a used 2013 Chevy Avalanche for the past few months. I found a very nice one here at Performance - via shopping online. I contacted the dealership, and inquired if they could hold the vehicle for me for that long of a time period. Keshia Lloyd and John Nida got in touch with me, indicating that wouldn't be a problem - whatsoever. They overnighted me the title transfer/finance/purchase agreement documents, etc., and also sent an overnight "return" envelope for me use to return the signed documents. In the meantime, Keshia "shot" two cell-phone videos of a walk-around the truck, pointing out the small, misc scratches (not an issue), the tires, interior, and exterior, etc., and emailed those two videos to me. At the same time, she also did a video selfie, allowing me to put a face to the salesperson I was dealing with. I had a couple of questions, and Keshia quickly answered them to my satisfaction. Ten days later, I flew to Columbus, and took a car to the Performance dealership. Jon Nida was "waiting" for me, and we completed the financial part of the transaction. After finishing up with the finance part, Keshia took me out to see the vehicle, and told me they had filled up the gas tank - which was very unexpected. I'm very happy with the truck, it's a great color, and everything on the truck was, as described. I was also very hppy with Keshia, and Jon, working with them, completing the transaction.
