I cannot say enough about the experience I had at Performance GMC Cadillac Columbus! My son was in a car accident that totaled my Toyota 4Runner. We drove over an hour down to this dealership to see a Jeep Cherokee they were advertising. It was a perfect car for my sons to drive, as hockey players they tote lots of gear! Sara Sells was so understanding of my situation, I was not prepared to have to replace a car (my 4Runner had 295K miles on a 2004). She had to go out in the freezing weather to get all the ice off the car so we could test drive it!! She worked with Sales Manager Tracey Mitchell to come up with a fair price between what I was hoping to pay and the price we agreed to. Finance Manager Mike O'Brian worked out financing for us, as we had not received the money from insurance. This experience was far from what I was expecting and it was phenomenal! Used car experiences have a stigma, and this team at Performance GMC Cadillac Columbus treated me like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot.
