Mr. Edmonds, we are very sorry to hear of your negative experience with our dealership. We pride ourselves on being open and honest with our customers, as our many, many positive reviews will reflect. Occasionally we do drop the ball, and unfortunately that is exactly what happened in this instance. We got our vans mixed up and informed you that the reconditioning had been completed on a van you weren't actually interested in. As it turns out the van you were interested was relatively new to our inventory and had not yet made it all the way through reconditioning. That is our mistake and we apologize for it. Our General Manager, Ryan Cox, will be reaching out to you to attempt to make good for the time invested in your trip. Please keep an eye out for an email from him.
