Sara Sells helped me purchase my 2021 GMC Terrain. We were able to complete some steps over the phone/texting and Sara was so responsive and communicated very well. I felt like she went out of her way to were able to complete some steps over the phone/texting and Sara was so responsive and communicated very well. I felt like she went out of her way to make sure my goals were met. She listened to my needs and met me more than half way. She was so sweet. Mike helped with the financial part and he was so friendly! His ability to have casual conversation made the process so comfortable. I appreciated that he was able to chat while still being efficient and accurate while getting the job done. Overall the experience was seamless. Since we were able to complete some of the process via texting while I was at work, once I got to the dealership, from start to finish it took one hour and that included a test drive. It was a great experience. More
