Originally went in a month ago to look at a Suburban. Couple of issues I found with it and told the salesman that if they were fixed, I’d buy it. A few days later I was told said issues were fixed. The next weekend I went in, still no resolution on one of the problems. Got fed up and left. Continued my search and found another vehicle that fit my needs. Cole and Kayla helped prepare all necessary paperwork before I arrived to get me in and out of there as quick as possible so that was very much appreciated. Overall a good experience. More

Today I purchased my dream Jeep!! It was a great day and a GREAT experience working with Michael Tomeucci & Jon Nico. We had originally stopped at the dealership a couple weeks prior and spoke with Michael. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the cars we inquired about. We left with decisions to make and continued our search, just to weigh our options. Yesterday we took the day to visit other dealerships from Columbus back down South, stopping at 5-6 along the way. Yeah, there were options at each, but I’m a people person and just didn’t feel that connection at any of the lots. I was either underwhelmed or overwhelmed with the customer service. I’m honestly not hard to please, but when you know, you know. So back to Performance we went. Once there, a gentleman came right out to speak to us, but Michael is who we asked for...2 weeks had passed, remember...and Michael came out with a smile and a wave and it felt like family. We found something we wanted (different than before) and immediately pulled the trigger. Michael sat with us, talked with us and guided us through their process. They were busy and yet, he never made us feel rushed and patiently sat with us and engaged in fun conversation. Next on to Jon. He was just as personable and we had great conversations. Again, makes you feel like family. Unfortunately, it was late yesterday and I couldn’t complete my loan, through my preferred lender. However, they had everything set and ready to go on their end for me today. Michael was to be off work when I arrived to pick up my Jeep. I did not expect to see him, so it was a surprise when he walked out the door because he had seen me pull in. Smile on his face. It was just awesome that he was there to see the transaction through to completion. I would highly recommend Performance as your next auto dealership. They are very friendly and very efficient. Be sure to ask for Michael, he’s just wonderful!! 😊 More
