Devan Dexter was wonderful! We were doing a trade-in that we had negative equity on. We walked in knowing our budget and ideal APR. The first offer required more down than we wanted. Initially it was a no-go we had negative equity on. We walked in knowing our budget and ideal APR. The first offer required more down than we wanted. Initially it was a no-go. Within an hour or so Devan called back and had escalated the case and managed a downpayment we were comfortable with an even lower APR than we had discussed prior. The monthly payment was also less than we planned. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure my husband got the car he so badly wanted. He was also super personable and didn't try to upsell us something we couldn't afford. Great job! More
