Of all the dealerships contacted, Performance Ford provided the best price and communication of all. I was very impressed and was able to negotiate a price that I was happy with. Ronny and Neil were extremely helpful in getting me in and out of the dealership, as we have a baby at home and they were mindful of time. I would definatlely recommend Performance Ford, and continue to be happy with th epurchase of our new 2012 Ford Focus. More

I initially found the PERFORMANCE FORD website while shopping around for a new truck online. I initiated chat for help with several vehicles I was interested in. I was greeted by Christina, who provid shopping around for a new truck online. I initiated chat for help with several vehicles I was interested in. I was greeted by Christina, who provided me with several window stickers. I compared vehicles, and when I inquired through email, and Christina wasn't available, I was assisted by Ronny. After deciding on the vehicle I was most interested in, I drove about 1 hour from NY to NJ, arriving at PERFORMANCE FORD at about 8:30pm. I knew that the dealership was due to close @ 9:00pm, but was most impressed with the way Eric Moore greeted me when I walked through the door. He allowed me to go over the vehicle, and consulted with Ronny about my online inquiries, so he knew what my needs and concerns were. Eric brought Jim in to discuss rebates, financing options and to negotiate a price that would encourage me to allow PERFORMANCE FORD to "earn my business". I probably didn't leave until about 10:30pm, and although they didn't know it yet - I was sold! I called Eric at about 9am the next day, and told him that I wanted the truck. He and Jim prepared all of my paperwork, and handled almost all of the purchase requirements either over the phone, or through email correspondence with me. I arranged to pick up my truck that evening after 7:30pm. When I arrived my truck was clean, filled with fuel and ready to go. I was introduced to Brian Telesz, who walked me though a thorough review of how my new truck operated, and how to operate my new SYNC system. Brian even assisted me in registering SYNC, and setting up my personal features, both online, and through the vehicle. Brian also explained the operation of all of the standard truck features (radio, climate control, light switches, door locks, etc.). Next, I was introduced to Chris Luc, from finance, who went over all of my loan options, and vehicle protection and maintenance plans that were available to me. He helped me choose a plan that best fit my needs, care and maintenance based on my description of how the vehicle would be used, and cost. We signed all of the required paperwork, warranties were explained, and I was given everything needed to take home my new Ford F-350. From start to finish, my experience with PERFORMANCE FORD was like a well greased machine - thorough, fast and of the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Every person I dealt with had a specific job, and role to perform. No one person involved stepped on another's toes, which would explain why each of those involved was so efficient at what part they played in the sale, explanation, finance and delivery of my new truck. I would highly recommend PERFORMANCE FORD to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I have managed to drop a voice mail to a sales manager today, lets see if he can can do something about it. More

Only suggestion is that my appointment to pick up my new car was 1:30 and did not start process until after 3. My time was not considered.
