Emissions light on DJ is wonderful to work with. He go my Mustang in and ran tests on it to see why the emissions light was on. He kept me informed with the progress and DJ is wonderful to work with. Service Department Inefficient I dropped off my 2014 Lincoln MKZ on Saturday morning at 8:45 for a SCHEDULED appointment to have my oil changed, replace 3 bolts on the power steeri I dropped off my 2014 Lincoln MKZ on Saturday morning at 8:45 for a SCHEDULED appointment to have my oil changed, replace 3 bolts on the power steering, and for a software update and it took 5 hours! The guys at the service department desk told me when I made the appointment that it would be between 2-3 hours. After 3 hours and no call from the dealership about the process of the repairs I went back to the dealership to find out what was going on! My car was parked in the area for pick up so I thought it was ready. Come to find out only the oil change had been done...in 3 hours!!! The same guy at the service desk who was just bs-ing with a tech when I walked up to him said that he would have it pulled in so the software updates could be installed and the bolts replaced. He said the bolts would be only 20 minutes to replace. So I asked him if I should wait he said he would call me when it was ready. I was back a hour later and he said they were just starting the software update!! He goes on to tell me that he had 2 techs call in sick today. To me this is unprofessional, for one to let me know this and for two to make it my problem. I had to drive 30 minutes from Ogden to Bountiful for this repair, a call to ask me to reschedule or that all repairs couldn't be done....something! Also because Performance didn't have a loaner car (again...they never ever have one) I had to rent a Dodge 1500 Pickup because all other vehicles had already been rented for the weekend, so driving this truck back and forth to Ogden was ridiculous! I'm not familiar with the Bountiful area so this too was ridiculous trying to find something to do for 5 hours!! I will not return to this dealership for any future repairs or oil changes. I purchased my car from this dealership and that too was a joke!! Again, they are unprofessional and no sense of urgency. Horrible customer service I would never recommend them for anything!! More
dishonest service department Crooked and dishonest service department. Recently went in for an AC checkup and emission/inspection. They said I needed a new compressor and failed Crooked and dishonest service department. Recently went in for an AC checkup and emission/inspection. They said I needed a new compressor and failed the inspection, citing leaks in my exhaust system. Said the leaks couldn't be repaired and that I must replace my exhaust to the tune of $900. This didn't ring true with me so I took it to the Davis County DMV shop and they said there were NO leaks in the exhaust and passed me immediately. Suspecting foul play with the A/C I took it to a local shop in Farmington. They ran diagnostics and found all I needed was a $75 part (dryer) replaced and the compressor was perfectly fine. Performance Ford quoted $1300 for a new compressor! Needless to say ever since Performance took over Willey Ford it has gone downhill. They are shady shady shady and cannot be trusted. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well. More
When I arrived at your dealership, I realized that my vehicle had some significant electrical problems. My desire was to receive the necessary repairs to resolve my problems at the lowest possible cost. vehicle had some significant electrical problems. My desire was to receive the necessary repairs to resolve my problems at the lowest possible cost. The worst case estimate provided by your service manager (Gwen Giles) was in excess of $1,325. I told her that I did not want to buy a new electronic brain if it was not necessary, and I did not want to purchase a new windshield if the seals could be repaired without breaking the windshield. (The leaking seal around the windshield was the cause of my electrical problems). Gwen was successful in seeing that the work was done without replacement of the electronic brain and without replacing the windshield. My final bill was reduced to $625. While this amount was still costly, it was more exceptable than the original estimate. I am greatful for Gwen's efforts. More

Had minor issues with my car and truck. My salesman, Kory Martin, picked the car up at my house while I was on travel, had it fixed by Gwen (contacted the Ford Engineers for the best fix), then Kory tested i Martin, picked the car up at my house while I was on travel, had it fixed by Gwen (contacted the Ford Engineers for the best fix), then Kory tested it, delivered it back to my house, picked up the truck, and same story on the truck. The dealership went way over and above on this service while I was on travel with work. They also did this with a Fiesta that was under warranty, even though it was purchased at a different dealer. I just can't say enough good about Willey Ford. And no, neither myself or my family work there in case you are wondering. More
