I brought in a recently purchased car for a recall and diagnostic. Appointment was for 7AM — no follow-up until the next day. They sent a generic inspection video, but the advisor had no idea what parts were needed and told me my whole front end was loose. He told me to take it to a body shop. So I took it to Gerber Collision — they said the only issue was a single loose bolt on the radiator support. That’s it. Even they were shocked that Ford didn’t just tighten it on the spot. To make matters worse, my entire driver’s side was covered in grease — handprints, footprints — a total mess. They said they’d “detail it.” Yeah, right. I spoke to Dustin (service manager) who apologized, acknowledged other customers had the same issues, and promised they were “restructuring.” He asked for another chance. I agreed. Brought my car back. New advisor, better start… then it went downhill again. Two more weeks passed with barely any updates. The tech (who was actually great) told me the axle boot was torn and they’d give me a deal to fix it. I got a competing quote from Egan Auto (they’re fantastic, btw) and sent it to the advisor. They finally responded a day later, agreed to match it — but ignored my follow-up questions entirely. Left voicemails, texts, no response. Finally called Dustin again. This time? He blew me off and said he’d “use it as a training tool.” That’s it. They had my car two weeks and wasted my time, again. Bottom line: • Terrible communication • Unorganized • Sloppy, careless techs (grease everywhere) • Zero follow-through • Management doesn’t care ⚠️ Take your car to Egan Auto instead. Honest, fast, and professional. Night and day difference. More

Mis-diagnose problems, never finished on time and most of the visits they keep it for at least overnight. Worthless staff that doesn't care about anyone but themselves. Now Hiring signs everywhere - must be a great place to work if you are always hiring the bottom of the barrel mechanics to fill vacancies. This is why the ratings are so low - your hiring is terrible!. The turnover is so high nobody on the list here works there anymore - at least not at the desk. This is my last visit here except for next week when I take it back to have them fix what they worked on these past two days, More
Make a service appointment and when you get there they say it will be a few days to look at it so why make appointment in advance? And it is on a 2024 say it will be a few days to look at it so why make appointment in advance? And it is on a 2024 More

Three weeks ago I had a problem with my gas pump and after 8 days and charge of 1800$, they repair the problem but another two problem appear. First very bad gas smell in cabin and second the climate control gone. Again I report it the same hour and like before no any action. I took my car two days ago to the dealer after appointment to the dealer for fix the gas smell and just hour ago they send a message my car is ready. When I going to my car again the same problem of gas smell and about the climate control they said they do not touch it and did not take any responsibility. For 35 years I had different model of Lincoln and perfect car but just three times I going to this dealer and they change my mind. I remember about Steve Jobs when He choose the name of appel for the company all partner told him it is not a professional name for business and he answered " IF YOU HAVE THE WORST PRODUCT AND SUPPORT IT VERY WELL YOU WILL SUCCEED, AND IF YOU HAVE THE BEST PRODUCT WITHOUT SERVICE AND SUPPORT YOU WONT SUCCEED". And this is a story of this dealer. The problem is, the personnel received a salary without pay attention to anything include of responsibility and customer care, but one private mechanic needs the customer coming back so they care about you and the service which gave to you. I understand a dealer has a cost and the price for a reason is acceptable , but follow of that they must be accept the responsibility and care about customer. With best regards Garnik More
BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Service staff is not what you’d expect from a top tier Ford dealership. Completed an oil change and they left the oil filler cap off. Fortunately the Service staff is not what you’d expect from a top tier Ford dealership. Completed an oil change and they left the oil filler cap off. Fortunately the check engine light prompted me to discover this before any damage was done to the engine. Had to waist time and come back to get a new cap. Took 40 min for them to put the cap on and check the oil level. Also the staff are not knowledgeable, I asked when I brought it in for the oil change if he could remind me what the Ford recommendation is for miles between oil changes as the sticker they put from the previous oil change was 10k mikes but my F150 said I had 41% oil life left and I was right at 10k since my last change. He said the recommendation is every 3 to 5k. WRONG, I pulled the manual out and it’s every 7500 to 10k (5k for heavy use pulling often) he should have asked me how I drive/use the truck before trying to mislead me into more frequent oil changes than necessary. (first oil change return sticker was 10k, this one is now 5k) wow! The other frustrating thing was I scheduled an appointment and I said I’d like to wait, would it take 45 min to 1 hour? I was told it would take minimum 2 hours to do the oil change, which was unexpected for having a scheduled appointment. So I had someone pick me up only to get a call exactly 1 hr later that it was ready. No apologies and Incompetence at every point. More
Service technician cleaned my map sensor for $217 (1 hour labor $180 plus $22 for hazardous material disposal). Would have been better and cheaper to replace the unit in 15 minutes. Took my truck in for a check engine light, three days later still not fixed. The truck sat in their parking lot and wasn’t looked at, the service person I was working with wouldn’t return phone calls to later still not fixed. The truck sat in their parking lot and wasn’t looked at, the service person I was working with wouldn’t return phone calls to tell me what was going on with it. I finally went down and was treated very poorly so I took my truck to Larry Miller ford. Performance will never see my truck or me again. If you need service don’t go to performance ford More

Spok Monday to see if my car could be re-keyed after having my keys & purse stolen. Spoke with parts - guy said yes we can and I have keys available. Spoke with service made an appointment for Thursday @ 715am. Car was towed to the dealership in Tuesday. Call at noon Thursday since I haven't heard anything. No return call. The person he spoke with said they had no idea why my car was there & they were getting ready to tow it! xxx??! I received an email & text message confirming my appointment to rekey my car and the guy tells my husband they cannot re-key my year of vehicle....ummm shouldn't your parts guy know that? Or does the service guy not know. I have seen multiple issues with this dealership...my advice STAY AWAY! More
