I would give them less than 1 star if possible. Performance Ford and Ford Motor Company are criminals. My father bought a Focus in 2013, brand new, from Performance Fore Bountiful. He brought it back to them with only 8000 miles complaining of a transmission shutter in 2014. PF replaced the clutch assembly under warranty. The exact same thing with the exact same repair happened in 2017 and 2019 with 21k miles and 40k miles. Unfortunately my poor father was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2018 and passed away last year in 2023. Performance Ford placated him long enough to get him out of his 50k powertrain warranty. Telling him they fixed it. My father did tell me it was "fixed" one time under warranty one time. When in fact Ford knew it could never be. Just google the Ford Powershift transmission. Look at the class action lawsuits. Look at the US Department of Justice investigation. Note where the above investigations found the powershift can NEVER be fixed as it is a dual DRY clutch. Ford knew all this in PRODUCTION and released it anyway. Against advisement from the engineers. After Ford settled the class action and multiple other law suits, Ford released it AGAIN for Focus and Fiesta in 2017-2019. People have died due to the transmission shifting itself into neutral at 75 MPH. I unfortunately inherited the Focus with only 53k miles. I thought it was "fixed." The transmission is going out again according to an independent mechanic. Performance Ford said it was fine when I later took it in for the 14M02 recall which is only a litigation avoidance tactic that Ford call the customer satisfaction program-extended warranty on the TCM. PF declined to fix it it under the litigation avoidance warranty. I sold the Honda I owned because it had 150k miles when I got the xxx focus. Honda probably would have lasted longer. Performance says call Ford. Ford says call dealer. I instead called the Attorney General. Hoping to get an investigation against either. Gephardt is next. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS. DO NOT EVEN BUY AN AIR FILTER FRON THEM!!! More
BUYER BEWARE! !! Performance Lincoln Bountiful is selling used vehicles as new. Performance Lincoln Bountiful intentionally deceived and sold us a vehicle under !! Performance Lincoln Bountiful is selling used vehicles as new. Performance Lincoln Bountiful intentionally deceived and sold us a vehicle under false pretenses. During the buying process, we learned that the vehicle we were interested in had 1,300 miles. Prior to selecting this vehicle and signing the paperwork, we asked for assurance that the vehicle was considered new and that the warranty would start on the date of our purchase. We were assured of these two facts by the salesperson, the sales manager, and the finance manager. Otherwise, we would not have purchased the vehicle, as we explained multiple times to everyone we worked with at the dealership. A few days after purchasing the vehicle, we noticed that our account showed the vehicle’s warranty start date was almost a year prior to our purchase date. We immediately contacted the dealership to bring this to their attention. Over the next few weeks, we were assured again and again in writing that the warranty would start from our date of purchase, and at one point we were told that it had in fact been updated. However, that turned out to be lie. Several weeks later, we received a text from our salesperson stating that the vehicle was used internally, so the warranty started before our purchase. As you can imagine, we were shocked and amazed to learn this news. The dealership has since stopped all communication with us regarding this matter. In my continued efforts to get this resolved, I’ve contacted Jim Farley (CEO of Ford) and Dianne Craig (President of Lincoln) in hopes that they will do the right thing and resolve this expeditiously. We received one call from the executive office admitting that the dealership should have disclosed the truth about the warranty information, as well as deeply discounted the vehicle to compensate. Clearly neither of these occurred. As of the date of this review there has been no resolution. Keep an eye out for updates as I will not rest until this is made right. In the meantime, I will be alerting as many people as possible to the deceptive practices of this dealership to hopefully prevent someone else from having to go through this experience. More
The buying experience was pleasant, however they tack on so many additional fees and hidden charges it will eat your entire down payment. The service department is friendly and willing to help but everyone so many additional fees and hidden charges it will eat your entire down payment. The service department is friendly and willing to help but everyone else is not. after purchasing the truck we realized we had a headlight out, I’ve been over a week trying to get reimbursed for it. Also the extra protection plans and other garbage they essentially force you to buy are not worth having. Trying to file for a lost key that was supposedly covered under a protection plan has been more than a headache and I still don’t have a key. I will not be buying from them again More

We purchased anF-350 limited edition They sold us a "bumper to bumper warranty for $2,500 extra. Turns out it was an extremely limited warranty that only covered several oil changes. They outright li "bumper to bumper warranty for $2,500 extra. Turns out it was an extremely limited warranty that only covered several oil changes. They outright lied to us. Made 5 calls to them that were never returned. Eventually when pressed they simply said that it was only a very limited warranty and that there was nothing they could do about what the salesman said More
The star is ZERO. Last year I change my oxygen sensor and after one week again the check engine coming!, I report it but no any reaction . Three weeks ago I had a pr Last year I change my oxygen sensor and after one week again the check engine coming!, I report it but no any reaction . Three weeks ago I had a problem with my gas pump and after 8 days and charge of 1800$, they repair the problem but another two problem appear. First very bad gas smell in cabin and second the climate control gone. Again I report it the same hour and like before no any action. I took my car two days ago to the dealer after appointment to the dealer for fix the gas smell and just hour ago they send a message my car is ready. When I going to my car again the same problem of gas smell and about the climate control they said they do not touch it and did not take any responsibility. For 35 years I had different model of Lincoln and perfect car but just three times I going to this dealer and they change my mind. I remember about Steve Jobs when He choose the name of appel for the company all partner told him it is not a professional name for business and he answered " IF YOU HAVE THE WORST PRODUCT AND SUPPORT IT VERY WELL YOU WILL SUCCEED, AND IF YOU HAVE THE BEST PRODUCT WITHOUT SERVICE AND SUPPORT YOU WONT SUCCEED". And this is a story of this dealer. The problem is, the personnel received a salary without pay attention to anything include of responsibility and customer care, but one private mechanic needs the customer coming back so they care about you and the service which gave to you. I understand a dealer has a cost and the price for a reason is acceptable , but follow of that they must be accept the responsibility and care about customer. With best regards Garnik More
BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Service staff is not what you’d expect from a top tier Ford dealership. Completed an oil change and they left the oil filler cap off. Fortunately the Service staff is not what you’d expect from a top tier Ford dealership. Completed an oil change and they left the oil filler cap off. Fortunately the check engine light prompted me to discover this before any damage was done to the engine. Had to waist time and come back to get a new cap. Took 40 min for them to put the cap on and check the oil level. Also the staff are not knowledgeable, I asked when I brought it in for the oil change if he could remind me what the Ford recommendation is for miles between oil changes as the sticker they put from the previous oil change was 10k mikes but my F150 said I had 41% oil life left and I was right at 10k since my last change. He said the recommendation is every 3 to 5k. WRONG, I pulled the manual out and it’s every 7500 to 10k (5k for heavy use pulling often) he should have asked me how I drive/use the truck before trying to mislead me into more frequent oil changes than necessary. (first oil change return sticker was 10k, this one is now 5k) wow! The other frustrating thing was I scheduled an appointment and I said I’d like to wait, would it take 45 min to 1 hour? I was told it would take minimum 2 hours to do the oil change, which was unexpected for having a scheduled appointment. So I had someone pick me up only to get a call exactly 1 hr later that it was ready. No apologies and Incompetence at every point. More
