Bad service I brought my car here thinking this was the right choice because it was dodge it's self I didn't think anything could go wrong and everything will get I brought my car here thinking this was the right choice because it was dodge it's self I didn't think anything could go wrong and everything will get fixed the way it should but that wasn't the case. They cracked the bottom panel of my car which is very noticeable the Service supervisor which is the night time supervisor is very rude they over charged me and when I noticed it they chanced the price I still don't know where that price came in at. There was oil all on my car scratches on my paint and my license plate is bend up! I would never come back here! More

Going on day 2 for a transmission diagnostic, still nothing I called in advance to schedule an appointment at Performance Chrysler to have the transmission diagnosed as it was going into limp mode after a shirt I called in advance to schedule an appointment at Performance Chrysler to have the transmission diagnosed as it was going into limp mode after a shirt drive. I arrived just before my scheduled appointment time and had planned to wait in the lobby. I originally only authorized a single hours work and was told I would be contacted if additional time was needed. When I arrived it was suggested I take advantage of their shuttle service as they wouldn't be working on the vehicle at that time and it may be a several hours. By 4:30pm I was concerned and called back in to see if the van would be done with it's diagnostic before they closed and the service employee I spoke with sounded like it hadn't even been looked at and indicated it would not be available that day. It is now day 2 at 4pm and still had not received any indication from the dealer on a status. I once again called and this time was told that transmission diagnostics often take 2 or more days to complete which may or may not be true, but given that some tech has yet to call me to approve the additional research time that tells me in 16+ business hours my van has seen little or no tech time. I have since called 2 other Chrysler dealerships in the area and been told that diagnostics would be handled same day and one place even explicitly stated they don't schedule them after a certain hour to ensure they are most likely completed the same day. Two days wasted and still no closer to knowing whats wrong with my van. If I don't have some form of indication that the vehicle has been touched by tomorrow at noon I will be going somewhere else. What kind of business makes appointments with no intent on completing, or at least beginning work at the stated appointment time. The shuttle service was nice and the employees have been all nice, but thats no concession for obscene wait times. UPDATE I was contacted by the Service Manager to discuss my complaints and ultimately the dealership apologized for not going over the likely wait time for my diagnostic. Upgraded to 3 stars as they at least followed through on my complaint. More

poor service do not listen tell lies to cover themselves You are told when you're truck is ready and it is not for minor warranty and oil changes, a year in advance compliant of a problem under warranty, did You are told when you're truck is ready and it is not for minor warranty and oil changes, a year in advance compliant of a problem under warranty, did not fix them a year later compliant again and was told it was not under warranty made out like they did me a favour by not charging me when I question them they pled ignorance plus used it as an excuse why my truck was late even thu I was was told it was ready for pickup. I asked when it was in for service they said eleven I was waiting after two even thu I told them what was wrong and the oil change and fixing a taillight socket doing it myself would have taken an hour including going to a store to get the part. This is Not the first time the truck has been late l have booked for nine in the morning for oil change and minor work and came back as late as four. This has happened at least three times. If it was not for the dealership franchise the service department would be out of business. More

Zero Customer Service This dealership has no customer service skills. I had just recently moved to the area from out of state and chose the dealer strictly based on locatio This dealership has no customer service skills. I had just recently moved to the area from out of state and chose the dealer strictly based on location as I had an issue with my locks not working on my jeep. I called the phone number listed on THEIR website for a whole hour (during their listed open hours) and no one answered the phone. When someone at the reception desk answered, she forwarded me to service to schedule an appointment, and guess what? No answer. I drove down to the dealer to schedule an appointment where they did not listen to the issue I was having and instead insisted I make an appointment (at the convenience of their schedule, not mine) before they would listen to the issue/take a look at my vehicle. They did not offer me service times and the soonest they could get me in was nearly two weeks away. For a fix that would take 20 minutes!! (I had already called my old dealer by this point who had heard of this issue and told me it was a quick fix). I had a new issue upon getting my car back from this dealer and when I called them to she duke yet another appointment, I was forwarded to service and kept getting voicemail. The messages I left were all unanswered. Yet a week later I get a call from their New Sales department saying I had requested information on a new vehicle. Their is no organization at this establishment and they do not know how to take care of or follow up with their customers. I will NOT be coming back. More

My father had just bought a car from them & said they changed. I went back to dodge & they told me they had new management & was better than before. Go figure I trusted them. Well I ended up buying a used 2012 dodge avenger from them. I have had the car for a year. I already had it in once for transmission issues. Dodge procceeded to tell me it was fixed. They had my car for a week and a half. I picked up my car. My car was doing good til about a month ago now. I am now having transmission issues AGAIN!! I take it back to dodge. They had my car for 3 days this time & called me saying they did not find anything wrong with it. I picked up my car. They scratched my car while they had it. I went to drive it off the lot and go figure it was acting up... This place is worthless. I would not recommend them to anyone !!!! More
