I had been looking for a Jeep Cherokee for a few weeks after my previous car had an unexpected prob I can't say enough great things about Performance. I had decided at that point that I wanted to trade the car in, but was having difficulty finding a dealership who would work with me considering that my trade-in needed some work done. Once I talked to Drew Ballenger and Drew Haag I knew that I wanted to do business with Performance. Drew Haag was very understanding of my situation and was open to work with me so I was able to get the best deal possible considering my circumstances. Drew Ballenger was with me every step of the way, even when I got onto the lot and realized that I wanted a different car than what we had originally discussed. Drew Ballenger took significant time out of his days for the past few weeks to make sure that I was doing well with the car and immediately answered all of my questions just through a simple text. It's this kind of customer service that will ensure that I go back to Performance for many years to come. In addition, they had one of the largest lots of Jeeps that I have seen in central Ohio--certainly something to keep in mind when you aren't sure which car you want. Customer service I called the salesman about a problem with the vehicle I bought and I was told he would get back with me, but never did. I called the managers call phone and still got sent to voicemail. I eventually got a call back and they are going to work with me on my problem which I am happy about. More
