Going on day 2 for a transmission diagnostic, still nothing I called in advance to schedule an appointment at Performance Chrysler to have the transmission diagnosed as it was going into limp mode after a shirt I called in advance to schedule an appointment at Performance Chrysler to have the transmission diagnosed as it was going into limp mode after a shirt drive. I arrived just before my scheduled appointment time and had planned to wait in the lobby. I originally only authorized a single hours work and was told I would be contacted if additional time was needed. When I arrived it was suggested I take advantage of their shuttle service as they wouldn't be working on the vehicle at that time and it may be a several hours. By 4:30pm I was concerned and called back in to see if the van would be done with it's diagnostic before they closed and the service employee I spoke with sounded like it hadn't even been looked at and indicated it would not be available that day. It is now day 2 at 4pm and still had not received any indication from the dealer on a status. I once again called and this time was told that transmission diagnostics often take 2 or more days to complete which may or may not be true, but given that some tech has yet to call me to approve the additional research time that tells me in 16+ business hours my van has seen little or no tech time. I have since called 2 other Chrysler dealerships in the area and been told that diagnostics would be handled same day and one place even explicitly stated they don't schedule them after a certain hour to ensure they are most likely completed the same day. Two days wasted and still no closer to knowing whats wrong with my van. If I don't have some form of indication that the vehicle has been touched by tomorrow at noon I will be going somewhere else. What kind of business makes appointments with no intent on completing, or at least beginning work at the stated appointment time. The shuttle service was nice and the employees have been all nice, but thats no concession for obscene wait times. UPDATE I was contacted by the Service Manager to discuss my complaints and ultimately the dealership apologized for not going over the likely wait time for my diagnostic. Upgraded to 3 stars as they at least followed through on my complaint. More

He had dealt with Joel Kocak, and liked him very much ,so I felt comfortable speaking with him as well. Joel was very kind and courteous throughout the entire process and after many trips and hours of looking at different Jeeps we finally found the right fit. Joel is the kind of salesperson we like, not pushy, he is informative, truthful, and very helpful. We would suggest friends and family contact Joel if they were in the market for a new Car. When it came time to sign paperwork we dealt with Rodney and he answered questions and explained things as we asked . Thanks again Joel !! More

Awesome, No Hassle, Quick and Enjoyable I would like to thank Keith and Performanxe Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Georgesville for my best car buying experience yet in 40 years. I am from NY 55 I would like to thank Keith and Performanxe Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Georgesville for my best car buying experience yet in 40 years. I am from NY 550 miles away and I was looking for a particular vehicle and they had it. Needless to say they held the car for me for essentially a week until I could fly out to see it yesterday. Ahead of time I made Keith and his team aware that I had a 10 hour trip back to NY. They prepared paperwork and picked me up at the terminal and I drove the car back to their dealership. In less than an hour they had me out the door in the ride I wanted. I know I am far away but my next purchase may require another trip the the greater Columbus Ohio area to do it again. Thanks for the awesome experiance and check them out, you won't regret it! More

Hard water spots on black roof were never removed and I have been told by a different detailer it would need buffed out. after two attempts to clean my car for delivery I gave up on dealer prep and took it to a professional detailer. Other than disappointing vehicle delivery all other experiences were top notch. More
