I've been burned by a different dealership and claimed I'd never deal with any dealership again. But when I came to Performance Chrysler, I dealt with Tyler and he explained everything in detail. Kept me informed on the situation about my truck. Tyler was able to get me a loaner car with no hassle, until my vehicle was completely fixed and ready for me to pick up. I really appreciate everything Tyler has done for me. I highly recommend performance Chrysler to anyone looking for service or buying a new vehicle. This place is a joke I have been in three times in the last 2 weeks and can't believe the lack of customer service here. I came in on 9/30 to try to make an appointment an I have been in three times in the last 2 weeks and can't believe the lack of customer service here. I came in on 9/30 to try to make an appointment and stood unnoticed for more than 10 minutes while 1 young man tried to help 3 people and 2 others stood with their face in the computer and another in her office on her cell phone. I came back on 10/1 and unbelievably saw the exact same thing. This time a woman finally asked me "what I needed" and when I told her she said I could call the bbsomething or other and they would get me in. OK, what's the #? I tried again on 10/3, encountered the same people and got the same results. Who is running this place? Is it the woman sitting in the office on her cell phone? What happened to the friendly faces that would come up and greet you like they knew you? What happened to good old fashioned customer service? My car is going elsewhere for the first time in years. You've lost a customer here and many more at the rate you are going. More
