2017 Dodge Journey I left my car here 2 days they could not find anything wrong with it so they said my tires were bad so replaced tires as directed still doing same thi I left my car here 2 days they could not find anything wrong with it so they said my tires were bad so replaced tires as directed still doing same thing jerking when backing up then hard to go forward or put in gear jerks was told to bring it back pay another 146 dollar diagnostic fee by Jane . Am going to take to another dodge dealer when they find out what’s wrong with it I’m going to small claims court to get my money back from them because they didn’t honor there service wish there was a no star rating More

Disappointed in the charge for the service. Disappointed at the cost of the service. I was not familiar with the electronic throttle. The car wouldn’t start so I had it towed to your company Disappointed at the cost of the service. I was not familiar with the electronic throttle. The car wouldn’t start so I had it towed to your company expecting your company to know about the Dodge. When I talked to someone at 8 o’clock I was asked if I would agree to running a test on the car. I was told it would cost about $167 to just run the test. I called sometime before 10 AM and I was told that they were still looking for a technician that knew about the electronic throttle. I guess I assumed that since you worked on the Dodge that the technicians would understand what that was Anyway I talked to somebody in a couple hours later and was told that they had to put a new battery in because the charger wouldn’t even start the battery that was in there. An hour or so later I talk to someone and they said that it was the battery and not the throttle and that it had been test driven My question is this why would Your technician not have known to check the battery at the very beginning without running any tests? I have bought batteries for cars and have never ever had to pay $346.67 to replace a battery. More

This is the second time where the tech has left oil all over the interior and hood of our SUV (amongst other issues I have had in the past year). This is completely my fault for taking it back to this dealership. Will not be back. Can’t believe Chrysler hasn’t taken their licensing away from them. More

I called and "scheduled" an appointment, however it took over an 1 1/2 or more...they came in and told me I needed a new air filter, which I questioned, and was told they would be back. I waited and waited and I had to go out to see what was going on, and was told "oops, they had the wrong car"...?? Then, they all were taking a break to eat their breakfast. Then!! I found out they were taking the drive in people before doing mine...totally unacceptable... I was not happy More
