BEWARE...Cars not checked thoroughly before resale!!! Took a 2016 Equinox on a test ride and wanted to buy it, but it had rough ride and I told them it needed tires...the Sales Manager told me all vehicle Took a 2016 Equinox on a test ride and wanted to buy it, but it had rough ride and I told them it needed tires...the Sales Manager told me all vehicles are checked before put out on the lot. Maybe, but not a thorough check. After they agreed to put tires on, I was there when they did it and talked to the tire person and he said old tires were "cupped". Bought it and then after driving for a few weeks it just didn't seem right...still bump in tires at low speeds. Took it to tire place to check it out...turns out 2 of the time are bent. Now trying to contact them about help getting it fixed...left several voicemails for Manager. No one has called!!! Beware of used vehicles. More

Poor business practices I made a offer on a 2016 Wrangler they called me back and made a counter offer which we accepted. They said the jeep was getting ready to go to auctio I made a offer on a 2016 Wrangler they called me back and made a counter offer which we accepted. They said the jeep was getting ready to go to auction if we didn't buy it. We spent most of the next day in contact with sale rep and our bank putting the deal together, they sent our bank the purchase order and our bank sent them and our bank sent them letter of acceptance. We call the salesmen to verify that we would be coming up the next morning to pick it up, and he said that was fine he would have it cleaned and gassed up ready to go. He then called me later as they were closing and said he had bad news someone came in and bought it. They said they would check when they came in next morning and find me a comparable jeep and sell it for same price and it would be a heck of a deal. The next morning they called me and said the best they could do was $2000 off a new Jeep. In our opinion and poor business and customer service. More

Buyer beware of Carfax report. Listing description stated "One Owner!...." however that was not the case. Research your vin# with a source other than CARFAX before buying. After I Listing description stated "One Owner!...." however that was not the case. Research your vin# with a source other than CARFAX before buying. After I informed them of the improper listing, their response was that they are contracted with Carfax that they can only post what Carfax lists, even if they know it is wrong. How about not even listing the amount of owners next time you give a sellers description. When you use "One owner" as a selling point and it turns out to be false, it makes me doubt everything about the dealership. More

A few days later g We had an excellent salesman named Devon Grams. We went in and looked at the vehicle and wanted to think about it for a few days. A few days later got a call from Devon that the vehicle was being moved off the lot so we should come look it over again before they took it away. When we went back he took his time with us and answered all our questions. There was a couple things needed to be taken care of and he had it set up to get them taken care of. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More
