Roger & David provided world class service! My family and I started our vehicle search about 2 months ago. We had several vehicles, trucks and cars, on our list to test drive. Roger welcomed u My family and I started our vehicle search about 2 months ago. We had several vehicles, trucks and cars, on our list to test drive. Roger welcomed us when we walked in the door and we had a good time getting to know each other. Roger wanted to know about the family and what vehicles we were interested to reviewing. He was able to put us in a Truck that first day for a test drive. The next day we returned and were able to test drive another two vehicles. David helped us the second day as Roger was currently working with other customers. David made it clear that he was only helping out and Roger was still out primary salesmen, very professional. We explained to both of them that we still had quite a few test drives left on our list, and with other dealerships. After all our research, we returned to Performance Dodge and worked with Roger to find the right Model Ram truck that we wanted to purchase. Roger answered all my questions and emails when I had questions. During the sales negotiations, we never felt pressure. There was a 'bottom line' price that was in the fair market price for the trim model we wanted and we agreed to the price. The Finance Rep, James Green assisted us and he was able to explain the different options the dealership offered with no pressure, just information. I did find a error in the paperwork during the signing which we were able to correct in a short fashion. Carmen offered her services in the later part of the paperwork process and we were able to complete the paperwork to my satisfaction. When the dealership cleaned up the truck for the delivery I was a picky customer and they obliged and even the service manager took time to make sure that my additional requests were met and exceeded. may hats of to this very professional crew at Performance Dodge in Centerville, OH. I would gladly suggest any car shopper to visit this team and let them earn your business. We will be back her first when we look to purchase another vehicle. More

Great experience with service department I had my Ram 1500 worked on at this dealership and the service was great. Kept me informed on the situation about my truck. Tyler was able to get me a loaner car with no hassle, until my vehicle was completely fixed and ready for me to pick up.
