We went to the dealership thinking about trading for a new vehicle. We found one we liked on the lot. Mr. Midyette was extremely helpful. We took a test drive and liked the vehicle. Performance Chevrolet really went above and beyond even after the sale. The truck was priced fairly and the salesman was friendly and helpful. After an issue with the truck came up they had it fixed in und after the sale. The truck was priced fairly and the salesman was friendly and helpful. I won't hesitate to patronize this dealership again and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for fairly priced vehicles backed up by excellent customer service. More

Was willing to negotiate the trade-in value for my used car to let me get a bit above standard-supplied options for my new HHR. I had intended to also look at another dealership, but the deal offered seemed to be as good as any I would find elsewhere. The car as delivered was clean, filled with gas and washer fluid; have not found any problems at this time. Steven also talked me through the OnStar system since I was unfamiliar with its operation. I am pleased with my purchase and with the quality of your sales staff. I also would like to commend your accounting department person (sorry, can not remember his name)where my husband and I signed the final purchase documents. He was extremely efficient and pleasant and gave us confidence that there would be no problems in the future with any of the paperwork. In sum, a good experience overall. More
Buying a car from Performance Chevrolet was the easiest and most stress free car buying experience I have had. I have bought numerous cars throughout the years both used and new and have never experienced and most stress free car buying experience I have had. I have bought numerous cars throughout the years both used and new and have never experienced such an efficient team of salesman and finance managers that work proficiently as they did. They achieved the impossible for me and for that I truly appreciate all their hard work and diligence. It is easy to say that you will have a repeat customer for the next years to come. The overall experience was outstanding starting with the first second I got out of my car. I weas greeted at the door by a salesman and it took off from there. Now the only negative is that the used car I was looking at had approx. 14K miles on the internet post. However when I test drove the car it was closer to 20K. Which really isn't an issue because I bought a new car. At the end of the day, I would say update the internet postings or put a disclaimer stating the actual milage shown may vary by time of purchase. Thanks. More
I have been unfortunately disappointed with Performance Chevrolet. I purchased a used F-350 and although I was told that the 110 point inspection had been completed, I quickly found out (while on the inter Chevrolet. I purchased a used F-350 and although I was told that the 110 point inspection had been completed, I quickly found out (while on the interstate) that the windshield washer fluid was empty. Further inspection found that the radiator fluid was low. Soon thereafter, the starter failed. Finally, the salesperson had told me that the overhead digital display (compass, fuel economy, and other information is displayed) was controlled by the dimmer and thus not viewable, I found out that it was burned out. I returned to Performance Chevrolet and requested that they redo the 110 point inspection, replace the starter, and replace the overhead digital display. The inspection was completed, but they chose to tighten wires to both the starter and the overhead display, which quickly proved to be insufficient as the display was still inoperative. While the starter has continued to function properly, I had to wait three weeks before a display unit was ordered. They finally installed the display unit, and I was ready to give the dealership a positive rating when I received a call from a gentleman who purchased my trade-in from Performance Chevrolet. This gentleman had questions about my car that I traded-in, and told me he got my personal contact information from the dealership. Luckily he was very nice, but I fear for other customers who may have their private information disclosed to third parties who may not be so innocent. Bottom line: very unsatisfied and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. More

I could tell you that I really like old Chevy cars, matter of fact I still own my first car I ever bought as a 16 year old kid, a 1973 Chevelle SS. My Dad also has a 1973 Chevelle SS, except his is an originial 454. Thanks More
