As soon as I walked into the show room Jimmie was ready to share all his knowledge with me about the Chevrolet Equinox. I had looked at them online yet hadn't test drove one yet. Since this was my first ve to share all his knowledge with me about the Chevrolet Equinox. I had looked at them online yet hadn't test drove one yet. Since this was my first vehicle purchasing brand new I was very determined to get the vehicle that was exactly what I wanted down to every detail and I wasnt settling for less. After my test drive I explained to Jimmie everything I would want inside my Equinox. Of course out of the 4 sitting on the lot none of them were the one for me. Needless to say Jimmie looked up all the ones around and we found one with all the things I wanted in it, plus more. He did a dealer transfer and had my brand new 2011 Chevrolet Equinox LT delivered to Performance Chevrolet the next day. I've had it for almost a week now and absolutly love it. Thank you Performance Chevrolet for helping me get the car I wanted and thank you Jimmie for patiently searching for the right Equinox for me!! More

We came from Virginia Beach to purchase a Jeep Liberty for my daughter Loren. She is a recent High School Grad and this is her first car! We looked extensively in our area but quite honestly felt like mos for my daughter Loren. She is a recent High School Grad and this is her first car! We looked extensively in our area but quite honestly felt like most dealers were just out for the "sale". I found her car online at Perry Auto Group and upon calling was immediately impressed with the willingness to work with "out of towners". Trey Colbert and I corresponded over multiple emails and phone calls. He answered promptly, knowledgeably and in a very courteous manner. Trey even took the extra step to send us a Flip Video of the Jeep. We were also able to negotiate a price over the phone that left us comfortable enough to drive to Elizabeth City. Upon arriving Jimmie Ritter assisted us in the sale. He made the process quick and enjoyable. He also showed great bravery in getting into a car with a teenage girl! John Midyette kept us entertained and laughing during the necessary paperwork. Last but not least, Chris Barcliff expedited the paper work in a friendly efficient, QUICK manner. I was very impressed that he gave Loren his card and cell number in the event she was to ever have any issues with a breakdown or the warranty. I haven't purchased a new vehicle since 2003 and this was the easiest transaction I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. The sales person I had Stephen Hamilton was the most polite guy. As we were testing out the car, Stephen explained everything on the car. Customer service was great. Jimmie worked hard to find the exact car (color & interior features) that we wanted.So, quality of work was great. He and everyone in the building was friendly & very nice to u the exact car (color & interior features) that we wanted.So, quality of work was great.
