My wife and I came to performance chevrolet to buy a car for her. We have bought cars from there in the past and it was an awesome experience. The sales staff, in particular Jimmie Ritter, were both persona for her. We have bought cars from there in the past and it was an awesome experience. The sales staff, in particular Jimmie Ritter, were both personable and professional and made the experience so easy. We came in a 4:30 pm (and on a Friday no less), and by 7:30pm were driving away in our purchased vehicle. I want to commend performance chevrolet and all the wonderful people there, and recommend that if you want to buy a new or used chevrolet,( can't think of why you would drive any other car brand), then Performance is the dealership for you! We had a very pleasant purchase process with Performance Chevrolet. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgable on the vehicle. Buying my truck from Performance Chevrolet has been a great experince. Jimmy set up the on-star for me and also hooked up the blue tooth for my phone and gave me a walk through on all other operations. C great experince. these guys were great and worked as a team in making me feel confortable.....i stopped by the dealership just looking for a vehicle to purchase for a later date to come and mr m mckown made himself known.i feel confortable.....i stopped by the dealership just looking for a vehicle to purchase for a later date to come and mr m mckown made himself known.i had been to 4 dearlership that offer a geat deal, i had stoped at the crysler dealership and talk to mr stokely...this was my next stop... but i didn't get a chance to return his call the next day...he almost talked me into purchasing the dodge journey in which i had my eyes set on..after seeing and trying several vehicle .....i was showed the one in the show room and it really fit my needs....thanks for the gas (WOW) and fixing the small dents in such short timenow waiting on a seat belt extention because its too tight on my wife chest being that she is short and has to pull the driver seat all the way up....cant wait to get it so she can start driving ...agan thanks for such a deal richard and mildred turner More

Overall, my experience was exceptional. Dealing with Trey Colbert, via e-mail was a great way for me to make up my decision to come in and knowing that Trey Colbert provided me with a great employee like Bob Colbert, via e-mail was a great way for me to make up my decision to come in and knowing that Trey Colbert provided me with a great employee like Bobby Roulhac made it easier for me to decide to purchase my new SUV. If the employees are not good...there is no way a person should even think about writing a dealership a check...no matter how good the price is. Bobby was very straight forward with me and I appreciated that from the very start. I am very thrilled with my purchase and I look forward to many more purchases through this dealership.
