This shop called me with some concerns about our mutual customer's car. The customer had an extended warranty plan to pay for repairs, provided by the company I work for. In order for us to provide funding customer's car. The customer had an extended warranty plan to pay for repairs, provided by the company I work for. In order for us to provide funding for repairs we had to get documentation of the failure and estimates to fix it. LUIS in service filed the mechanical breakdown claim. He provided me with everything I needed to provide funding for the repairs. LUIS' customer service skills insured that the entire process was went about SMOOTHLY!
