Horrible experience! !Had to keep calling for updates on my car.Could not give me any time estimates.At the end of the day I called again and was told transmission would n !Had to keep calling for updates on my car.Could not give me any time estimates.At the end of the day I called again and was told transmission would need to be replaced.I was told it would cost more than car was worth and should think about buying a new car.My car is only 9 years old with 100,000 miles.All maintenance has been done,transmission fluid exchange was done at 73,000 miles at another GMC dealer.Salesman offered only $500 towards trade in and we had already paid $500 to service department.Horrible!!Sat for over 2 hours trying to come up with a fair price for new car.Salesman kept leaving to talk to manager and finance person.They never interacted or introduced themselves,we never even saw them.High pressure to get me to leave a deposit.I will never come back to this dealership More

I am a nurse and entitled to the $500 rebate from gmc, of course on the spot the finance said no it doesn’t pertain to nurses, after when I looked it up, it certainly does. Definitely not happen with time sp course on the spot the finance said no it doesn’t pertain to nurses, after when I looked it up, it certainly does. Definitely not happen with time spent waiting on finance guy, I wasn’t feeling great and spent hours there. Of course the lies, I can’t stand that, hope this gets back to corporate gmc, the car sales guy was wonderful, and so nice to deal with. Will not come back again More
