These guys did a great job walking me through the purchase of my vehicle. When I first purchased the car I had some questions regarding it being the right purchase and they gave me a few days to thin purchase of my vehicle. My husband and I went to Perfect Auto to look at trading in my car on a used Lexus. We found a well-priced 2008 Lexus and my husband saw a 2006 Infiniti he liked as well so we ended up trading in both of o in my car on a used Lexus. Perfect Auto worked with us and gave us a good deal on our trade ins, and even though we had approval for a loan through our bank, our sales person found us a better deal through the local credit union. All in all it was a positive car buying experience. Perfect auto has a great inventory of cars all priced very well and the salesmen are helpful and not the least bit pushy which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Only problem I had was that my name was too long for the application and my bank was not happy about it so I had to sign a new contract that was overnighted to me. We recently bought a used Acura and the entire experience was very pleasant. We were given plenty of time to inspect the vehicle, test drive it and had no pressure whatsoever to make the purchase. The internet price was lower than any other dealer that we had found and there was none of the ridiculous back and forth negotiating that keeps sane people away from most dealerships. The entire transaction was completed within an hour and the followup paperwork was done within less than 2 weeks. The sale agent, Cliff, was extremely accommodating and the manager went out of his way to make sure that we had our permanent tags and registration before taking off for a trip. The staff with whom we dealt were all courteous. The car is in excellent condition; having had it 3 weeks now to check out all the electronics and inspect all the minute details, we are pleased to have had no "surprises". We would buy another car from Perfect Auto without any hesitation. They are on our "preferred merchant" list! More

I went to Perfect Auto to have my used 2003 Ford Explorer with 104,500 miles on it evaluated for trade-in value. I was interested in purchasing a 2008 Lexus RX 350 from Perfect Auto but only if I could get the price I needed on my trade-in. I dealt solely with James Jamshaid; initially through email inquiry and then face-to-face for the trade-in evaluation. I explained to James that I was interested in purchasing the Lexus, that I had a check in my possession for $25,000. and was prepared to make a deal that afternoon...if I could get enough on the trade-in value on my 03 Explorer. I really don't like dealing with "salesman", especially since I'm female and don't really know much about "cars"...I guess I feel like females might get taken advantage of in these type of sitauations. I had the check in my possession since the beginning of June but had put off making a purchase, just because I don't like having to "haggle with salesman". I have to admit the entire process I experience with James had changed my opinion about this process. I clearly stated I would not be able to pay anymore than $25,000. for the 08 Lexus. James came back two times with offers for the Explorer that didn't quite meet my needs. When I said "sorry I can't make a deal after the second offer", James said "let me make one more call, I want to make the deal, I just need to see if I can get a bit more on your trade". He came back and asked if I could pay about $300 more for the Lexus, I said no and then he make the deal happen for $25,000. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase or the professional way James handled the entire transaction. More

I found the car I had been searching for at this dealer and they came down on the price a bit for me. The car looked great on the lot and everything went pretty smooth as far as the transaction. After getting the car home and washing it a few times, I realized it had a lot more scratches then I realized but that is my fault for not noticing. It is a black car so those things show up more anyway. The only complaint I have is that I was only given a half tank of gas in the car when I bought it. This was the 1st car I've purchased but I just assumed it would have a full tank of gas. Otherwise, I would reccomend this dealer. I learned alot in the process of buying my 1st car and in the future I will more throughly inspect the car during the day and not just at night and also, look more closely at the tires. 2 of mine have about 20% tread life left, again, this is my fault for not noticing.
