We are very thankful when we run across people that are simply kind and pleasant. We were out of town and the air went out on our truck unexpectedly. While Jason couldn't fix our problem because of the late hour and a full schedule, he was kind enough to see if a code came up on the truck instead of just waving us away. He took the time to see if he could provide us with information to put us on the right track. Sadly, kindness and willingness to help out a stranger are rare these days and deserved to be recognized.
