I have owned my Escallade for almost two years now, and visited a three other dealerships for service. But I must say , I have never had such a pleasant experience at any Cadillac dealership's service cen visited a three other dealerships for service. Ron is wonderful and has done a terriffic job in helping me. Whatever issues I have had with my vehicle, he resolved it ASAP without a problem. I found Mr. Bald to be very courteous and accommodating. I was particularly pleased with the constant updates I received relative to the progress that was being made on my vehicle. Once I expalined to Mr. Bald the problem I was experiencing with my car, he was able to pretty accurately tell me what needed to be done to the car.
