Pepe Cadillac's service dept. was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the momement I called. The service Marc provided was first class from beginning to end. As soon as I spoke to him, he had an appointm deal with from the momement I called. The service Marc provided was first class from beginning to end. As soon as I spoke to him, he had an appointment set ASAP. I traveled over an hour because of the reputataion that this service department had and it was well worth it. When I walked in, I was greeted imediately by Genesis and a nice smile. She introduced me to Marc and he listened to everything that I said, not so I would go away but because he truly wanted to resolve any and all problems that I was having with my certified Escalade. Over the course of my first year with my truck, I developed a few issues. I mentioned and discussed 7 problems I was having. They not only duplicated all 7 concerns but they fixed each and everyone of them. It made me so happy to know that they genuinely cared. I was given a CTS to drive as loaner which was handled extremely profesionally by Marc and Genesis. The service dept is hands down the best I have dealt with, and I have many to compare it to. Bob O'Connell leads a great team, from to discussing things with Ron Bald and Marc, they made my visit completely comfortable. It filters right down to the techs, they were kind and extremely helpful. Rarely do you get to meet the guys working on your truck unless they have a problem. Ronny took a ride with me and Remo explained to me what work was done on my truck. Thank you so much for all the help. Thanks for reminding me why I choose Cadillac. This team should be commended. I recently had to bring in my car for service and it had to stay in for more than one day.I told Ron that I needed a rental and when I dropped my car off the rental was ready with a full tank of gas.I was k to stay in for more than one day.I told Ron that I needed a rental and when I dropped my car off the rental was ready with a full tank of gas.I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle and when I picked it up the repairs were explained to me.The staff at Pepe goes out of their way for their customers. I look forward to doing future business with this dealership and referring anyone who asks me to them. More

My first Cadillac. My Sales Consultant was the nicest person I had ever encountered in buying a car. Although it was my first Cadillac, I have owned a variety of new cars from different companies. I am actually writng this on March 12, 2012 at around 10:50AM. The reason I am being so specific is that in a few hours, I'll be pickling up my new 2012 CTS Luxury Collection. Thanks to the True Car program, in which Pepe articipates, I am getting a price that beat the other two dealers I visited. David Persaud was a very helpful sales person.
