My name is Robinson Rodriguez. I am writing to you because we do not take these situations lightly. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We appreciate your feedback and we would like the opportunity to try and rectify your situation. It seems that there was a misunderstanding on our end with the type of DVD player you requested in the vehicle. There are two types available on the vehicle, one that is standard equipment and one that is an option. After speaking with you on the phone it was clear to our sales representative that it was the one that is an option that you were interested in, he then proceeded to try to acquire a vehicle with that option. He was unsuccessful, unfortunately there is no vehicles within 500 miles that match the color, trim level and options you are interested in. One of the options we have is installing the rear entertainment system for you, and the other is searching for the same vehicle with the same options in a different color as he mention to you on the phone. Our main goal is to provide our potential customers with the most convenient way to purchase a vehicle, this is why we always make sure that we confirm all of the information with the customers before they walk in to our dealership. Any further information you can give me, so that I may deal with this situation would be appreciated.
