We are truly sorry that you feel your recent experience with us was not a positive one. You should have received the $100 gift certificate in the mail that we offered you when you were in our dealership to cover the complete cost for the repair, and although you decided not to change the battery with us, that is redeemable at any Cadillac dealership to use for any service repair or maintenance. When we did the diagnostic of your battery, the results report did show that it needed to be replaced and we provided you with a copy of that report. We hope you received the certificate and use it to your benefit.
