Recently i had the pleasure of bringing my Cadillac in for service at Pepe Cadillac of white plains. From the start i felt completely welcome and nothing but positive vibes coming from the service writers for service at Pepe Cadillac of white plains. From the start i felt completely welcome and nothing but positive vibes coming from the service writers, Marc Chandler, Ron Bald, and Genesis Polanco. All three were extremely helpful and courteous while distributing a wealth of knowledge about the Cadillac brand. I also had and excellent experience dealing with the parts manger David Gay. He was more than helpful with explanation of any parts questions I've had and has been the source of many solutions for me. My experience with Pepe Cadillac was a pleasure. My car broke down and I was walked through the process of having a tow come and take my car to the dealership. I must say that I have been to many dealerships with my family through the years. Most of the time the entire process was "not pleasant." I actually "dreaded" the times when my family asked that I accompany them to purchase/lease a new car. It was just as overwhelming when I had to renew my own car lease. This time, as usual, when my husband asked that I go with him to Cadi I almost said "no." I realized after that I had no choice in this matter because my husband has no voice from a previous illness and I have to speak for us. Stepping into the office of David Persaud last week was such a unique pleasant experience for the first time in all my car shopping years.
