Recently i had a check engine light come on called Ron, told him the car was running roughly. He told me to bring it in. I was offered the courtesy shuttle to my home and was called and told what the problem was. Fortunately just a minor problem. When i picked up the car it was washed and brought out front to me. Getting the same kind of service when it was new and having certified techs. that know Cadillacs inside out working on my car is why at 115,000 it still runs excellently.I will continue to use Pepe for my service needs and look forward to next purchase with them. More

Leasing a new car I was leasing a Mercedes-Benz C300 for the last 6 years. Had 2 leases, of 3 years each but the car was very low, close to pavement surface and we deci I was leasing a Mercedes-Benz C300 for the last 6 years. Had 2 leases, of 3 years each but the car was very low, close to pavement surface and we decided to switch to a crossover type. We entered the Pepe Cadillac dealership, were welcomed by Mr. john Gerardi and he was able to convince us that the CRX AWD model will best fit our requirements. It was done the same day. John, methodically and with a lot of patience, showing intimate knowledge of the car walked us through all details and after a short test drive my wife and I decided to start a new lease. We highly recommend Pepe Cadillac dealership and particularly Mr. John Gerardi as best and nicest salesman. More

Ultimately, my wife and I decided to not purchase the vehicle due to financial concerns. Phil was very compassionate and understood our situation. He even took the time to explain some financial advice for us. I would HIGHLY recommended Phil and his team at Pepe Cadillac if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. 2014 Cadillac Escalade purchase I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Pepe Cadillac. My wife and I were looking for a Escalade Luxury Edition but were unsure if we were I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Pepe Cadillac. My wife and I were looking for a Escalade Luxury Edition but were unsure if we were going to purchase certified preowned or new. Upon being greeted at the dealership, we were immediately made to feel at home by the staff. John Gerardi was very friendly and professional, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the Escalade, as he should be. I let John know that we were considering purchasing another brand vehicle from a local dealer but wanted to look at the Cadillac Escalade before making our final decision. To our surprise John Gerardi did not attempt to bad mouth the other brand of vehicle or dealership, but he went on to detail the benefits of the Cadillac Escalade, as well as the benefits of being a member of the Cadillac and Pepe "family". He was not a pushy salesman by any means, but I must admit by the end of our meeting my wife and I had decided to purchase a new 2014 Escalade Platinum edition. My wife and I both joked later that it was his smooth style that caused us to "step up" to the Platinum model. John called the day after we received the vehicle to see how everthing was going. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Pepe gave us a very good price on the vehicle too. We also purchased optional floor mats from the service dept. and dealt with Anthony White. He was also a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and knowledgable as well. He even went out and put the new mats in the vehicle. And I must say they do look good!! More

I had some minor issues with the car and made an appointment to drop it off, they said no problem we’ll set you up with a loner, no problem. Mind you this was at least my 3rd time coming to this dealership they had my information on file; you’ll see why this is important as I continue. My appointment was for 7:30, I arrived earlier and waited for the gates at the service department. I talk to the service rep he was detail orientated in gathering details of the issues I was experiencing and gave me a ball park for the tire replacement I needed. Come to my surprise at the end of the conversation he said please wait in the waiting area and someone will be with you shortly to set up the loaner car. Okay not the biggest problem in the world someone else handles rentals. Waiting, waiting, 8:15 rolls around and I am finally called to get the paper work started on the loaner. So that is 45 minutes just to drop my car off and now I start the process of getting the loaner car. They brought me out an ATS; I asked the women if it was possible to get an SRX to get a feel for that model she said no problem. Few moments go by and she says there’s no way you’re getting a loaner car you are too young. I looked at her perplexed; I asked is there an additional fee I can pay. I have had no issues getting rental cars before and I have from other Cadillac dealers. She says no there’s nothing I can do. I ask to speak to the manager; he gives me a whole thing about the insurance this and that. Bottom line is he would not issue me loaner, the age is 25. I am old enough to purchase a vehicle but not old enough to get a loner for a day or two while my vehicle is with the dealer? I tell the manager if this is not something you can accommodate me with I’ll take my car back and go somewhere else where this will not be a problem. He says good luck I tell him you just lost my business, he had the audacity to talk back to me saying well you did buy your car here we never had your business. I told him and this is the exact reason why you’ll never get it. Bottom line is the manager has his head so far up his own rear end he does not know how to speak to people, this is not good business and I’m glad I have never give this dealership a dime of my money. This is making me lose faith in the Cadillac brand; needless to say I will not be looking at Cadillac or GM for my next vehicle purchase. If this is the kind of treatment Cadillac stands behind I want no part of this. More
As crazy as this sounds, we have purchased a total of thirty-seven cars since 1953, this last purchase being our eighth Cadillac. Only two dealerships stand out in our memories as being first class--Pepe Cadillac and Darien Jaguar; in all likelihood Pepe will see us again in the future. Our salesman, John Gerardi, is truly one of the best. Actually, he is the nicest salesman we've encountered in the purchases of our personal cars. Not only is he knowledgable about the product, but also he is patient and caring when it comes to explaining the intricacies of new cars. One might go so far as to say Pepe Cadillac has a gem in John Gerardi! More
