I have had an excellent experience with Dale Schweizer. He is very low key, very honest about what is and is not a good value in terms of extras on the vehicle, kept me informed as the order made its way through the system (a 3+ month process, there have been some backups until, as I understand it, recently), and since I took delivery has been very helpful in terms of answering my questions about operating the vehicle and the CUE system. Overall very pleased. Also was helped by Mark Rosen when Dale was out on vacation for a week, and Mark was helpful as well. More

Best Dealership Ever After moving to PA earlier this year I have not been able to find another Cadillac dealer who has been able to provide service to me like Pepe has. Marc Chandler is always willing to go the extra mile and I truly trust him when it comes to handling any service needs I have for my SRX. While visiting for the holidays I caught a flat and I had the car towed 70 miles to Pepe just because I knew it would be taken care of properly. I expressed to Marc there were some concerns I had and he made sure they were all covered, like I said he ALWAYS goes the extra mile. Genesis and Ron are equally as wonderful, coming in for service feels like coming to see old friends! If and when I do get another Cadillac I would only go to Pepe. Simply the best service ever!
