Rick was not only polite and friendly but very professional and knowledgeable. I was so impressed and amazed by Rick, I did not only purchase my Escalade but I offered Rick a better job. I truly hopes he considers my proposal as he is way to talented to sell cars!! I had an excellent experience and I hope Pepe Cadillac knows how valuable of an employee they have. Above and Beyond - Rick Went There I was shopping for a used car and stopped by Pepe Cadillac to look at a used red Grand Prix . It was actually AFTER closing (7pm) and Rick Burton was I was shopping for a used car and stopped by Pepe Cadillac to look at a used red Grand Prix . It was actually AFTER closing (7pm) and Rick Burton was like the only person around. I offered to come back another time but Rick said, "No Problem, I can show you the car". Long story short, the car wasn't even in the main lot and he walked with me to an adjacent hotel parking structure where the car was parked. He spent nearly 40 minutes with me (looking at a $7,2000 car) when he could have (should have) been on his way home to dinner. I ended up not buying that car, but found another vehicle at Pepe (a Buick) that i was happy to buy from Rick. It was the best car buying experience i have ever had, and it had a lot to do with Rick's outstanding customer service. More

I told him what I was interested and he was straight away helpful. He told me the options and was honest and not at all pushy. He was actually there to help me and fulfill my needs. He got me to do a test drive and had the vehicle ready for pick up on Monday, meanwhile it was Saturday. Came in on Monday and it was painless. The Definition of Customer Service I went to Pepe Cadillac in White Plains to purchase a 2015 ATS Coupe. I knew which trim level and which accessories I wanted on the car and I wasn't I went to Pepe Cadillac in White Plains to purchase a 2015 ATS Coupe. I knew which trim level and which accessories I wanted on the car and I wasn't very flexible. I met with David Persaud and he was able to find a car that matched my specifications. During the process of getting the car from the other dealership, a problem developed and David was forced to find another car, which he did. He was able to get the other car to Pepe and have it ready for me on the day we had previously scheduled. I had to drop off my old lease from another dealership and David was there to pick me up and drive me to Pepe. He showed me every feature in my new car (there are a lot) and made sure I was comfortable using them. My entire experience with David Persaud and the whole staff at Pepe Cadillac was exactly was it should be when buying a luxury vehicle. They treat you like you are the most important person in the room and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. I am completely satisfied with my buying experience and would absolutely recommend Pepe Cadillac to my family and friends. More

The service I received from the sales Manager Mr Robinson Rodriguez was poorly. He was very rude and disrespectful and have no customer service skills. This type of sale manger like Robinson Rodriguez is not good for your business. He had the nerve to tell me that I want to purchase a car that I can't afford and kept insulting me to a point that I had to get up and leave. More
