Professional and Courteous.....A well run dealership I have brought my car to this dealership since I purchased the vehicle new from another dealership in a different county. They have welcomed me and always remember how I like my car to be - CLEAN. This service appointment was critical since the car was misfiring. They accepted the car immediately, diagnosed the problem, and returned the car to me super quickly. Sam watched over the repair and made sure that all items were completed properly...and even remembered to do the inspection which would have expired in a few weeks. Kudos to the Pepe Staff! More

High level expertise I have known Ron Bald for several years and have been working Sam Kwartler for the last couple of years as well. I recently had a mechanical issue wit I have known Ron Bald for several years and have been working Sam Kwartler for the last couple of years as well. I recently had a mechanical issue with my Cadillac and I had to have car towed to the nearest mechanical shop-which was around 60 miles away from Pepe. The issued occurred on a Sunday so Pepe was closed. The shop called me on Monday and told me that I needed significant mechanical work to my car and they proposed to fix my car at a significant cost. I immediately reached out to Ron and asked him his thoughts about the issue and he immediately knew what the problem was with my car. Needless to say it was not what the tow truck shop told me. Ron advised me to have the car towed to Pepe and work with Sam to get this straightened out. Ron & Sam took care of my car and within 24 hours my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Ron was spot on with his diagnosis of my car and he saved me thousands on unnecessary repairs. This is why I use Pepe Cadillac for all my service-it is because of their expertise and exceptionally service of both Ron and Sam and the entire service staff. Pepe run a tight service shop under Ron's leadership-top notch. Thank you for all your help Ron & Sam! More

Repeatedly poor service I have had my Escalade serviced at Pepe for four years. Each time it goes in for minor service (oil change, tire rotation, etc), it comes back with a I have had my Escalade serviced at Pepe for four years. Each time it goes in for minor service (oil change, tire rotation, etc), it comes back with a major problem. On two separate occasions, the technicians lost the wheel locks. Another time, the car came back with a major transmission problem that was only remedied after three separate additional visits. Most recently, the car went in for an oil change and came back with the engine light on, car unable to accelerate and spewing black smoke. It’s not just Pepe that has service problems: I’ve tried Greenwich and Mount Kisco and Pepe is actually the best of the worst. Cadillac, if you are going to sell $100, 000 cars, you need to offer competent service. I have had two Cadillacs and this is the last one. It’s just not worth the frustration to have it serviced. More
