Worth the trip! I was looking at cars online and a nice looking 2016 ATS caught my eye, so I started to check it out. I noticed it was at Pepe Cadillac in White Plain I was looking at cars online and a nice looking 2016 ATS caught my eye, so I started to check it out. I noticed it was at Pepe Cadillac in White Plains N. Y. (I live in Bristol CT. about 85 miles away) but I gave them a call anyway. That's when I had my first conversation with Mr. Harold Mota.He was very pleasant and we spoke at length about the car and arrived at a mutually agreeable deal. I had never purchased a vehicle in quite this manner before, so I pretty much put my trust in Harold and decided to put a hold on the car with a deposit and drive down there the next day and BUY it! Well...I got lucky! From the time I walked in the door until the time I drove out in my new Caddy, I couldn't have been more pleased. He went through the process with me, took the time to go out to the car with me and show me, hands on, the various functions of the car. He even programmed my route home on the GPS. I will definitely recommend you give Harold Mota, at Pepe Cadillac, a call if you're thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. You won't be sorry. I also want to give a shout-out to G.M. Frank for all his help, and to Rick Maher for going out of his way to assist me along the way. Heck! Everyone down there was really nice. Oh, by the way... The car is beautiful and runs like a champ. Again, nothing but stellar service. I have taken my 2018 CT6 Platinum to Pepe Cadillac for service, be it routine or warranty work, a total of three times now. Every visit has been an easy and productive experience. The staff at Pepe Cadillac are nothing less than totally respectful and 100% helpful, doing everything they can to ensure my end satisfaction in having all issues addressed and rectified in a timely manner. I will continue to use Pepe Cadillac exclusively for service / repair work on my CT6 and wife's '14 SRX Well done to the entire Pepe Cadillac staff. More

Sam is great but whomever worked on my car is suspect. I came here for a oil change and Sam was a true gentleman. He followed everything by the book. The issue I have with this dealership because I just go I came here for a oil change and Sam was a true gentleman. He followed everything by the book. The issue I have with this dealership because I just got a timing chain gasket replacement done on my car and the master technician for GM told me whomever last did an oil change on your car did not use the proper drain plug on your car it was basically a Jerry rigged setup for a plug and gasket. He had told me even if they did not put this plug in they should have told me that that one was not the proper one.( dealerships are there to make money and a drain plug does not cost much) I am not sure why they would not say anything. I appreciated the customer service I received but that really concerns me as far as the main reason you come to service which is to get your car worked on. More
