Service appointment Sam greeted me as soon as I walked in and proceeded to process my scheduled service. I also wanted the team to look at the back lift gate. I have had my car serviced and just purchased a pre owned In the past I have had my 2012 CTS serviced by the team at Pepe. Ronald Bald, the service manager is amazing he always addressed all my concerns he is In the past I have had my 2012 CTS serviced by the team at Pepe. Ronald Bald, the service manager is amazing he always addressed all my concerns he is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Since I had such a wonderful experience with service Dept. I thought why not shop for my new pre owned there too!! So I spoke to Frank Raniolo, I explained that I wanted a smaller vehicle he suggested the ATS I drove the vehicle and that was it...after a very easy transaction the car was mine. Frank took the time to explain the different warranties and what was already being covered. So I was able to make an educated choice on what I wanted. Frank introduced me to Robinson the used car manager who was very friendly. Frank also had another very nice man ( I can’t remember his name) to go over all the features of on star and the CUE system. This man was very patient with me too!! I can’t say enough good things about the employees at Pepe!! This dealership is so clean from the ladies room, waiting room, service area and showroom just from that you can tell these people are all pros and they care!! Don’t hesitate to use Pepe Cadillac!!
