My salesman, Scott Hansen, did everything he could to get me in a car that was perfectly right for me. My credit was a challenge and I know Paige in finance worked very hard to get my loan approved. Ive recently had to get my 2010 Camry serviced and the service department worked fast so I didnt have to wait long at all. They even serve Starbucks coffee and freshly made cookies. I will definitely buy my next car from Scott at Peoria Toyota and I will definitely recommend Scott and the dealership to all my friends and family. More

Awful Experience- DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP Purchased our 3rd Toyota from Peoria Toyota in May 2015. We love our Toyotas, however this dealership is very disappointing! They make sales promise Purchased our 3rd Toyota from Peoria Toyota in May 2015. We love our Toyotas, however this dealership is very disappointing! They make sales promises they don't keep. We would never go to this dealership again. They didn't payoff our previous vehicle in full and left us with an unpaid balance due. The General Manager, Greg Whitten is awful. He does not return calls or answer for the actions of his dealership. More
awful experiance with sales I placed an order for a brand new Toyota highlander, the day I went to the dealer to sign the papers and pickup the car, I was so disappointed after s I placed an order for a brand new Toyota highlander, the day I went to the dealer to sign the papers and pickup the car, I was so disappointed after seeing the car. It was completely filled with dirt everywhere(inside and out) and the car had 420miles on it. Per sales GM it is quite common to sell a brand new car with hundreds of miles on it. Finally I did not take the car and GM said he will not refund the full deposit amount. I'm planning to take legal action if they don't refund full amount. This dealer is awful, I wouldn't recommend even if you get a better deal from them. More

I merely had my routine tire rotation request on my Prius. I waited until 11:14. Altgough Jill was very apologetic that wait was ridiculous. Went for 15000 miles Maintenance, Their service was awful HI, I have been to this Service center for 15000 miles Maintenance for my toyota camry hybrid. I dropped off the car on Saturday Morning and waited HI, I have been to this Service center for 15000 miles Maintenance for my toyota camry hybrid. I dropped off the car on Saturday Morning and waited until Monday afternoon for their call. I haven't received any call from them. So I went to their service center and checked with them. They said service was completed and not sure why they haven't called. They didn't wash my car and asked me to come again for the car wash. After coming home I noticed that they didn't change Service Notification on my console. It is still showing Maintenance Required Soon. Worst Service. More

Second Used Vehichle Purchase - Seamless Transaction! I live in the Chicago area and this is the second time I have made the trip to Peoria Toyota to purchase a vehicle. We have lots of dealerships in my I live in the Chicago area and this is the second time I have made the trip to Peoria Toyota to purchase a vehicle. We have lots of dealerships in my area but I find the selection, service, and hassle free transactions are worth the trip! I worked almost the entire deal over the phone with John before driving to Peoria Toyota to test drive the car and sign the paperwork. When I arrived, the car was already pulled up waiting for me and was in exactly the condition as described by John and shown on drivepearl.com. Best of all, there were NO SURPRISES! The final price came out to exactly what we had discussed and the finance department was a breeze to work with! EASY IN, EASY (and happy) OUT! More
