I only had the car a month when the radio and navigation system went out. Having done business with Toyota Peoria before we went to them. Brandon Hilst went above and beyond the call of duty to contact Toyota and get the problem resolved at no charge to us since this was a newer model car. We were treated royally from the intake person, concessionaire, to the sales personnel. More
Once again have to go back Every time I take my vehicle in for more than an oil change (which is starting to concern me - what if they forget to put oil in or filter?). I am in Every time I take my vehicle in for more than an oil change (which is starting to concern me - what if they forget to put oil in or filter?). I am inconvienced and have to go back because Peoria Toyota forgot to do something. This time it was reset the indicator light which has to be done by a technician. This will cost me an hour or more out of my day for something simple. Once I had to return twice because they forgot to put my mud flaps back on then they didn't put them on properly. How did I know this? There were parts left over. I asked 3 times before I left that second day if they were sure they were on properly and was assured they were. Nope. They were hanging down by the time I got home. So back again and more of my time wasted. Third time, they had the technician put them on right by the service desk and I could hear him complaining the ENTIRE time. Toyotas may be good cars but my experience has left me with a very bad opinion of Toyota vehicles and I tell everyone I work with and am friends with what issues I have. They need to rethink how people pay. You have to go to service desk, wait for them to get your paperwork, then wait until they can take you to the front desk in the sales area to pay, then you have to go back and get your car. The back and forth is ridiculous. What if you are handicapped? I always make an appointment, drop car off and return to work. Go back over lunch to pick up vehicle. I make that very clear to the service person. Once when I just took it in for an oil change. vehicle wasn't ready even though I had an early a.m. appointment for just an oil change. The service desk person informed me that appointment times really don't matter unless you are waiting cause people waiting seem to get precedence. Really? I bought a $40k + vehicle and my time isn't taken into consideration because I actually have to work? Why require an appointment then? And I know that the technicians know people are waiting cause there are big red WAIT stamps at each service desk station. More

Excellent Experience DUE to Mark Blumashire (Spelling?) Mark Blumeshire (apologize for my ignorance, but this is wrong spelling). He is Asst. Service Manager. Mark patiently took care of annoying brake noi Mark Blumeshire (apologize for my ignorance, but this is wrong spelling). He is Asst. Service Manager. Mark patiently took care of annoying brake noise issue on my relatively new Carmry Hybrid which had 25000+ miles. Mark being a former service mechanic, knew exactly the issue and the cause. He asked me to wait for 15 minutes and came back with problem fixed. He did not charge me anything since he said he fixed and issue himself and did not have to involve technician. People like Mark makes me come back to Peoria Toyota for new car needs as well service needs. I would highly recommend this dealership for any of your Toyota needs. More
