Excellent!!! First Craig my shuttle buddy took me where I had to go at times. Simon replaced Sam who sold Bev and me our Hylander. Simon gave me a good deal. Doug helped me like he sold me the car when I had a couple needs that he took care of very well when Simon was gone. I gave Simon and Doug the first of three books I wrote after having signed as a pitcher right out of Bradley U with the Baltimore Orioles. They both graciously accepted my first book. As you can tell I am still pitching even though I am now 82 years young. I will be in there as usual as oil changes need to take place and the rotation of tires. Thank you all again Jon More

Always great customer care This is the dealership in which I purchased my car and have religiously taken it there for all services. All technicians and staff are incredibly prof This is the dealership in which I purchased my car and have religiously taken it there for all services. All technicians and staff are incredibly professional and courteous and while I'll admit I'm AWFUL at remembering to make appts on my days off and thusly have found myself needing services such as oil changes asap, the staff have been incredibly accommodating in getting my car in immediately or recommending less busy times to attempt to walk in. That was the case this past Saturday where I was told that I MAY be able to get an oil change that day, I brought my car in on a wing and a prayer, and was able to get my car serviced quickly and professionally. Very friendly and accommodating staff and would certainly recommend!! More

Fast, Routine 2014 Prius Maintenance Amanda Pratt did a highly professional reception and review of my regular 40,000 mile maintenance review. I have had her as my tech service person be Amanda Pratt did a highly professional reception and review of my regular 40,000 mile maintenance review. I have had her as my tech service person before. She was caring and was hard working. If a leadership role at a higher level becomes available she should certainly be considered for it. The break area was satisfactory, although some of the chairs are beginning to be shop-worn. The restrooms were okay, but please fill the soap dispenser in the gentlemen's restroom. Things could use a little more spic and span as well. The lady who worked the beverage counter area on 10/27/17 was pleasant, but never offered me a refreshment; I got it myself. More
