Beginning with the young man checking the alignment of the vehicle and making sure the vehicle checked in properly. Ms Koehl was very accommodating and explained the entire 85K vehicle inspection. She also very prompt in my check out and explains. The cashier/check out employ was efficient and as all staff a very large smile plus eager to assist. The refreshment has been just that, Ms made sure my needs were met and snacks with many choices. The service on the vehicle was Seamless, paper work of what was complete and Ms Koehl pointed out future service that may be required in future. I would advocate the service that I receive to anyone.
