Used car buyer beware We purchased a car for our son the end of May, a 2014 equinox, and paid $14,500.the sales team was fine, Of course we thought the price was high but we felt that was common through the end of May, a 2014 equinox, and paid $14,500.the sales team was fine, Of course we thought the price was high but we felt that was common through the used car dealers, and looking at other dealers it was a median price. We got a few small things fixed on the car to make it a safe and long lasting mode of transportation for our son. On Oct 1 the engine failed and stopped working with no indications or warnings. We got the car towed to a garage and tried to trouble shoot on how to move forward and what we can do. O’Brien was of no help to us, no help on finding an new engine, offering help with mechanics, towing, finding a deal new car or at the very least trouble shooting with us to make a plan. We were dropped! Customer service was a very bad experience for us and not a place I would buy a used car in the future. More

Unfortunately this doesn't allow a separate review for the service department separate from the sales department. The service department is horrible. 3 times we've left there with more wrong with our van the service department separate from the sales department. The service department is horrible. 3 times we've left there with more wrong with our van than when we left it. This has cost us thousands of dollars to get these problems fixed. The 1st time we toik it in for new tires and a few days later one of the wheels fell off while I was driving. Fortunately I was able to get pulled off the road and didn't cause an accident but it caused a ton of damage. The 2nd time we took it in for routine maintenance and left with the check engine light coming on. We had to take it back multiple times (of course getting charged each time) to make it stop. This final time our van was making a noise and they found a bearing bad on our water pump. We chose not to get it fixed and when we picked it up our AC wasn't working. There was absolutely nothing wrong with our AC when we dropped it off there. They now quoted us an extra $1700 for a new compressor. We can't afford to keep paying thousands of dollars for their mistakes. We're done. We won't be back for anything More
