I have already completed a paper survey and mailed it in. All the staff were professional, knowledgeable about the leasing process, kind and listened to me when I had a question. I am challenged sometimes in the reference / operators manual not easy to use because the picture is in black and white in the operators manual and the button is in color I am not sure if I am pushing the correct button. When I go to the car wash I need to turn off a certain button (collision button) so there is not a collision with another car during the washing process). I have not been able to find a reference to this process. Service has been excellent the staff need to be acknowledged. The staff I did not interact with were friendly . Thank you! We had my ‘09 Subaru in twice within a week. First for a safety inspection and then for a recommended repair. The concern is that the results were very different between the 2 different mechanics, which could have resulted in recommended ??? repairs. More
