Old woman needing help I just went from a flip phone to a smart phone and I could not get my Subaru connected. Our sales manager was Tyler Winters - very professional, knowledgeable and very patient with us. We told him from the beginning what we want, and he made sure we got the best deal and of course the best car ! Check it out ! Pros and Cons. Overall okay The service representative (Dan) I worked with when I dropped off my car was great. He identified the problem, said they would swap out the battery etc. I left feeling great. When I came to pick up my car it was after service hours. The Dan had placed my keys and paperwork at the front desk, which was great. The car was pinned in, and the older man up front was an absolute jerk about helping me get my car out of the parking lot. He quite literally laughed at me for not being able to maneuver through all the parked cars. He was a mean old man. Dan=5star, mean old man =1 star The service department swapped out the battery but they didn't re-set any of the window or hatch switches so none of them worked properly, which didn't lead to a lot of confidence in the other work done. Although minor, the car wasn't washed when I came to pick it up. I've been to many Subaru dealerships around. I'm sure this one was fine, but the attention to service details were lacking and the one rude guy put me off from this place. More
Shady dealership don't go there. Wife took Subaru Tribeca in for a safety recall and also have a coolant leak looked at. The service department was stated the head gasket was blown and she needed a new motor. However, we went to another shop and found out that the lower radiator hose needed to be replaced which was $200. I'm not sure if Subaru Corporate realizes this dealership is this dishonest. But it doesn't look good for the brand. More
Long wait times on services I have been to this dealership several times for oil changes. If you go plan AT LEAST two hours. If you add the complimentary car wash add another hour. This last time was the worst. I dropped the car off and spent two hours waiting in the customer lounge. After two hours I went to see if the car was done and was informed that they HADN'T EVEN STARTED. I took my car and left. I won't be back. More

Bob was comfortable, knowledgable and very friendly! Gave us the best deal, wasn't afraid to let us leave to look at 2 other cars. Welcomed us back when we came to purchase from him. Today, I had another great experience with Kevin Youtsey who helped me with my blue tooth and phone situation. He was very knowledgable, friendly, helped me get the phone blue tooth working, share with me some tips for problem solving if I have any other problems. Everyone is very friendly at this dealership. Our car has also used the Service department. Excellent car, happy people no matter where you turn! Great job all!! More
30,000 mile service should have been "Let the Buyer Beware of 30,000 service". Bill was $872 when all that was really required was oil change, brake fluid and air filter. Was offered a $333 credit when I complained, but it will take 2 years before I can use the credit because no major service should be required. Robbie was not the least bit friendly and the courtesy driver was flat out rude. Make sure you know what is required from your maintenance book, because these guys will upsell you. Perhaps being a woman had something to do with it. Shawn (service manager) said he is being generous to offer the credit because I signed off on the work. That's it - blame the buyer for trusting the service rep. More

I always take my Jeep (my SUV) to Moore Chrysler Jeep and found that they are also a Subaru dealership and the Subaru service department is right next door. Mike Anderson is a good advisor and seems to know his stuff when it comes to Subaru. Glad to know we now have a Subaru certified dealer in Arrowhead area. They seem good enough to recommend to other Subaru owners. More
