Never coming back. Very unprofessional. Set up an online appointment and a day and a half later they finally got around to looking at my vehicle. Once the diagnosis was Very unprofessional. Set up an online appointment and a day and a half later they finally got around to looking at my vehicle. Once the diagnosis was made the necessary parts were ordered and I was given an estimate on the time of completion. I was in the area and called the shop to check on progress so that I could avoid an additional 45 minute drive to the shop if it was nearing completion. I was told that it would be 2-3 hours before it was done. When I got home I got a call to say my car was ready. Really?! What that says to me is that they did not value my time. When I went to pick it up, I presented my coupon. I was told “you should have given me that when you dropped it off. It’s going to take me at least 20 minutes to correct your bill.” He was hoping I would just walk away. I told him to fix it. I will not recommend the service department to anyone and will post as many negative reviews about your service as I can. More

I appreciate Dan Halliburton (from Service Department) because he tells me ahead of time what they will be doing to my Subaru, how long it will take and the cost. If there is something unexpected as they service my car, he comes to show me the part or pictures of the problem so I know what is happening. Dan showed me the pictures of the huge staple on the inside of my tire and I ordered a new one. It was installed a few days later. More
