Ride and airbag recall replacement It took 3 hours just to get a courtesy ride home and the lady driver didn't stop talking about herself. The service department also broke my glovebox It took 3 hours just to get a courtesy ride home and the lady driver didn't stop talking about herself. The service department also broke my glovebox while replacing the passenger side airbag and didn't fix it. I will be in to have it fixed when I can find time. Hopefully they will fix it without any additional cost. Otherwise, we have a problem. More

First service since owning the car, do recalls x 2 Was NOT happy when I got in my car. The radio stations were all messed up and the screen for MPH had been changed and to date I still can not get it Was NOT happy when I got in my car. Why do techs have to change all the settings when they are in someone else's car??? I would have returned but after 2 plus hours I did not want to drive back and also I was told they were very busy so probably would have had to WAIT again. I have only been at this Subaru twice and I have many mixed feelings about coming back therefore I cannot say I will or will not recommend your facility. More

Great experience at Moore's Peoria Subaru My wife and I came in for the 24 month service on my 2017 Outback and left with a new 2019 Outback. While sitting in the waiting area Josh Sullivan i My wife and I came in for the 24 month service on my 2017 Outback and left with a new 2019 Outback. While sitting in the waiting area Josh Sullivan introduced himself and sat down with us. The conversation worked around to our interest in trading in for a new Outback. I told Josh we were not interested at this point. He asked if he could show us some of the new improvements in the 2019 Outback and we consented. I was impressed with the newer model but told Josh I didn't think he could make an offer that would convince us to trade up. I was wrong and now we own a 2019 Outback. We were impressed with Josh's knowledge and ability to work with us to make an offer that was acceptable. We were also impressed with the way George Tellez handled the financial side of the transaction. He was very thorough in explaining the numbers and all of the documents requiring signatures. Brandon and Josie in the service department were great to work with as is always the case. More
