Cory is the BEST I have been servicing my Outback with Peoria Subaru since 2014, with Cory Fox as my service advisor. I cannot say enough great things about Cory. He has always treated me with respect and courtesy, as well as done his best to make sure my repairs and maintenance are done on schedule, in a timely manner, and he has always worked with me on keeping expenses manageable and never recommends service that isn't needed or that can wait until the next appointment. This last visit was due to a safety recall for the airbag, and I had to use the shuttle service due to what I expected to be an entire day without my vehicle. Cory knew of my afternoon obligations and went out of his way to make sure my vehicle was done on time. In fact, it was ready MUCH earlier than anticipated! In addition, because of a scheduling conflict, I had to change my appointment, and Josie was so accommodating and made sure I got in for an appointment on an otherwise booked schedule. I can't say enough great things about this service department, and I am especially thankful for Cory and all the times he has gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He definitely deserves recognition!! More

Fast, Efficent I had a warranty recall done on my car. The service department was able to get the part and arrange to do the repair in a short period of time. Odd Service Recently Had the airbag replace due to the recall. They were great at intake and completed service in a timely manner, but now the AUTO feature on the car does Had the airbag replace due to the recall. They were great at intake and completed service in a timely manner, but now the AUTO feature on the car doesn't work. I had my oil changed recently too and it started leaking. I had to bring it back so they could replace the plug. I don't know if they're just in a hurry, but it's a little annoying to have to keep bringing my car back due to schedule restraints. Don't get me wrong, everyone is nice, but I didn't have to do this kind of thing at the dealership near my last locality. Prior to my last two visits, service was fantastic, and everyone is wonderful there. More
